After going through all the enrollment

After going through all the enrollment process I found out that the organization would not pay for anything related to a connective tissue condition that I have that could potentially cause about anything A high percentage of the population has the same thing but they or their doctors are just not as diligent to look for all conditions And generally there is no need because it might not ever cause and problems and even if it did there would be no way of proving it So that means that even though I don t have any more chance of having problems than most or many others in the population I will still be excluded Luckily for me knowing that I may have this condition means I know what to do to prevent many future problems so I feel I am going to be better off than most and at age 55 this proves to be true So I signed up with CHM instead

We have been with Solidarity for 5

We have been with Solidarity for 5 years It started out great But for the last 3 years the reimbursement and processing has slowed down considerably I am not provided straight answers as it seems no one ever knows when items will be reimbursed once items are processed The monthly charge is now way too much to deal with the admin issues While they promote themselves as having providers that work with them and bill directly I have yet to deal with a company that is willing to bill Solidarity directly

Solidarity was an alternative that we are sorry we enrolled

Solidarity was an alternative that we thought would make a difference However my wife has had many issues on the phone for hours trying to find out when our bills from July August and September of 2022 would be paid in VAIN They are always processing however never getting our claims paid which are ALWAYS accumulating interest on our credit card It is shameful because they advertise very well yet don t follow through with their end of the contract like a good Christian should Planning on getting a lawyer to enforce this process it is sad it has to come to this Mark Mangam

My phone call with David was great He was knowledgeable and calming I m just tired of bills being held up especially from the end of 2021 and for no particular reason

I feel that Solidarity is an amazing program The people are extremely helpful and kind My only issue is with how long it takes to process claims

Initial Wellness Check-in

I had the initial Wellness Check-in over the phone and it was a pleasant conversation I got suggestions on what to do and some brochures to read for my knowledge

Member Portal Issue

I am a new member since 8 1 2022 and I still cannot get into member portal because of not having an SSN student on F1 visa Have asked for help several times and still no resolution Please help Kennedy Paden get a solution Thank you Follow up - within a day I got Matt to help and I am able to get into member portal Thank you

Ida was wonderful

Ida was wonderful Supportive helpful and knowledgeable The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars has nothing to do with her service but with the fact that I am missing two forms needed for my pre notification that I was previously unaware of When I called shortly after finding out I was pregnant I was told I only needed to submit the pre notification form Now I m told I need clinical notes and a statement of pregnancy I m confused on how I was supposed to know this and frustrated that this now delays me in the process of trying to switch providers for my pregnancy
