My question was answered quickly and

My question was answered quickly and kindly I needed help with submitting a medical bill and I had a computer glitch I had to call back and I was directed to submit it as an email I was thanked for my membership so pleasant kind and patient with helping me to create an email folder for Solidarity

Great experience with customer service

I had a very plenty experience with the customer service rep today He was helpful and pleasant He answered all of my questions thoroughly I am not satisfied with Solidarity Healthshare in terms of reimbursement though It is taking quite a while to receive reimbursement and communication about my claims have not been great The rep explained the reason for the reimbursement delay I hope that things will start speeding up soon

Outstanding Support and Resolution by David

David was outstanding in helping me with a complicated billing issue - he was patient and totally professional He understood my issue and assured me that it would be resolved He waited on the phone while I sent him backup documentation he requested and sent my needs back for re-processing for timely submission THANK YOU David God Bless

Finally problem resolved

David helped me with a problem that I have been trying to get resolved for a long time and was getting nowhere with the doctor or laboratory He turned a very frustrating situation into a pleasant experience He was kind knowledgeable and took action instead of giving me the run-around He made me feel I could trust Solidarity

The person who took my call was super friendly and informative He put me at ease immediately given my stressful medical and billing concerns I left the call feeling assured safe and covered with all of my questions answered THANK YOU

David showed tremendous patience

David showed tremendous patience understanding and care in helping me sort out the mess caused by Solidarity s inability to process claims in a timely manner The delay is so unbelievable I was referred to Collection agencies and denied routine service due to my delinquency in paying bills To this day in 2023 I still have outstanding claims dating back to 2021 Like I told David I like what Solidarity stands for but their claims process has been a painful experience David s calm and happy demeanor shed light at the end of the tunnel

Bobby was excellent

Bobby stayed in there with me for well over an hour to solve my problem that no one else had solved I pray it comes out as he says He tolerated my extreme impatience with kindness I have made several calls on this issue and he FINALLY worked it for me I appreciate so much that he was patient and understanding and actually handled my issue

David was super super patient and really went out of his way to help me resolve my concerns He took his time to explain some issues to me and was just overall the best and most helpful Very grateful for his support and patience our call went quite long and I was becoming concerned he was getting annoyed but he never once seemed bothered he stayed with me on the call for as long as he needed to help me resolve my issues

Solidarity has been a great experience We have enjoyed being members the past few years Also exciting to hear that they are growing their relationships with providers spread across the US giving us more options to make sure our billing process is smooth

David was very Helpful Knowledgeable caring and understanding my needs today He was helpful in going through many unresolved needs providing me with information I feel like he really cared for me and had my best interest he spent about 1hour more or less
