Love the quality of their shoes but their shipping policy sucks When your company is saving costs by not having any physical stores the least you can do for your customers is offer free shipping and return options Not only do they charge to return ship if I m returning items back to the SAME warehouse from 2 separate orders I was told I must pack them in 2 separate boxes with 2 separate return labels so had to pay for return shipping twice I m extremely frustrated waste of materials and cost

Well I must have been I lucky compared to some of the reviewers here I ve made three orders in the last two months and all have arrived promptly and the boots have been great quality The sizing is unreliable with some boots running small and others running large - rarely are they true to size This means the inconvenience of ordering two sizes to be sure of the right fit - and returning the unsuitable boots I ve had no issues with returns - having said that I think refunds ought to be processed a bit quicker On average I ve waited 7-8 working days from the time the orders were received back at Sorel until getting confirmation of refund That s the main reason why I knocked my rating down from 5 to 4 So perhaps I ve been lucky I m sorry to read so many bad reviews Let s hope Sorel customer service improves as it s a great brand otherwise

I ordered from Sorel previously and had no issues I placed my order on 6th January knowing that the delivery will take 10 additional days due to Covid and Brexit As such I expected a delay in delivery however I was concerned that the item was not even despatched I contacted customer services on 14th January they explained that they cannot give me an idea about how soon the item will be despatched but offered to cancel the order if I wanted I chose not to cancel it I received a shipping notification on 18th January on Ups tracking it said it was due for delivery on 21st January but I actually received it today 20th Taking into account that the website did say there would be a delay of at least 10 additional days and I took this as being working days I am really pleased my order arrived even earlier than expected Ups tracking info stated I am also very pleased with my order -as usual great quality boots from Sorel

Excellent boots I have 3 different pairs from this brand now All very comfortable from day 1 warm waterproof and stylish Absolutely love them Keep up the great work

I ordered a pair of sandals they were to small I tried to start return online what failed Monday first thing I contacted them on the phone No robots no nuisance a person picks up the phone The lady on the other end was very polite and helpful within seconds I had an email coming through with the return label I took the parcel to our ups point what I found shut for good I call Sorel again I spoke to a gentleman He was so nice even I was quite prickly standing in the rain with a big box 10 min walk from home Within minutes he arranged a pick up to next morning How great you call you speak to nice professional helpful human being without getting infuriated with options and robots I have since received the half size bigger sandals and they are super pretty and amazingly comfortable I love this company and will make sure to support it

I ordered some waterproof of course in Netherlands boots from Sorel nl Everything was super I didn t keep the boots and made a return because they were not so much how I wanted them to be as a style But Everything was perfect from my experience From getting the parcel very fast to even the return and getting my money back So I am very shocked to see so many bad reviews I don t know why And is confusing because before ordering I saw them almost kept me from ordering I just really needed some new waterproof boots and that s why I tried I will definitely go again to search more elegant waterproof boots soon for a beige butter white color

After reading reviews I thought I should ensure I made a review on my purchases from Sorel Delivery was fast 2 working day The trainers I ordered were excellent very happy with them I have purchased their products for a few years now never a problem with delivery or product their products are excellent quality and are designed differently to most company s footwear products they have that sorrel profile that makes them stand out from the normal big brands I have also returned products with no problems and received quick refunds

I normally would use trust pilots rating before buying off a certain site or from a certain company however the score for Sorel boots is very wrong I bought two pair of sorel madson and I can safely say they re the best boots I ve ever owned
