Would not recomend Sorels at all

Would not recomend Sorels at all purchased 2 pairs with in 2 months they were both ruined - There response send us both pairs I pay the 100 for shipping and after 4 weeks we will send you a credit so you can shop here again First they no longer are selling the boots I ordered Second costs just as much to ship back and they don t even care I m spreading the word DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Boots weren t delivered no refund and no replacement goods

Ordered some boots on 28th December which have been delivered to the wrong address not even the same town I rang Sorel customer services who have said they need to open an investigation which will take up to 10 days so I am now left with no goods but Sorel have taken my money how does that work Other companies generally send out replacement goods whilst they resolve the issue with their delivery company but it seems with Sorrel that the customer is the one that takes the hit Sorel I think you have your processes all wrong So dissappointed

SOREL CANADA awful

I wanted to make an order first order I signed up got a discount code for it sorel canada has not honored it at all Didn t even offer anything else they literally told me they do not care Awful I won t recommend and won t order The US site was a very different experience 100 better

Skinny boots zero flexibility

I bought Sorel because the boots are stylish and made with good material Con shoes run very small and narrow I have wide width feet Size 10 I ordered 10 5 and it made zero difference I told customer service that the company needs to make wide width shows because the regular shoes are not fitting I returned my shoes for a refund

US sizing not suitable for UK refunds take a long time

US sizing UK Customers Be careful Before ordering please be aware that 1 Sizing for the UK is off If you are a size 6 UK you ll need at least a 7 7 5 to fit 2 Returns take a very long time I was doubtful I would even get a refund I had to call customer services and they finally got a refund after 3 4 weeks There s plenty of stores in the UK that sell this brand so better of getting your buyers rights from them instead

Still waiting for my refund dreadful customer service 3 packages returned on the same day but only 2 refunded I can see the tracking so absolutely no reason why I haven t received the money Returned on 23 October It s a shame as I love the boots previously bought some sandals NEVER AGAIN

Run very small No flexibility in exchange return policy

Have been a SOREL wearer for a long time Not anymore Bought a pair of sneakers 125 in October as a Christmas gift Saw that the style ran a little small Sized up Still too small Attempted to exchange on 12 26 Website would not allow the return because purchase was outside the 60 day return period Called customer service and was told they could not make an exception to accept the return because their system would not allow it and no one can override the system No flexibility at all but they would gladly assist in helping me order another pair and suggested I sell the ones that don t fit on EBay Very disappointing

Purchased Sorel Caribou boots to battle Pennsylvania winter They failed day one they are not waterproof they do not keep feet warm and dry Sorel is an overpriced garbage boot

They don t provide refunds

As per many other reviews I ordered boots from Sorel returned and weeks later I m still not receiving a refund They had them back on 18th December it s now 30th Jan and no refund in sight for the 500 of shoes I ve raised a PayPal dispute which Sorel have asked me to close claiming they can t resolve the refund with it open I said no so now they are disputing the case I m hundreds of pounds out of pocket and they have the boots back on their own UPS tracking Absolute scammers Avoid like the plague

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service after 2 phone calls and 2 emails I have still not received my refund Do not use this company They hold onto your money for full 15 days after the product is returned and lie each time you call saying they have processed it and should be 2-3 days Fingers crossed my money is returned this week
