Returns are like a horror movie

Quality of this name sorel has gone down drastically and customer service returning is like being in a horror movie

They don t wear out

They don t wear out they fall apart Though I have had them for some time the soles become soft and the side seams disintegrate Not good enough for an expensive product

Sorel received my return but no refund

Shoes are a tight fit so I would say size up Order arrived in good time But I returned them as they were small almost 2 weeks ago I tracked the return and it says they have been recieved at their uk warehouse I know in the shipping info it says they then return them to their french warehouse But it makes no sense to hold onto the customers money once you have recieved it at your initial uk site This is the only company i know of that does this Still no refund So I would say beware of the typical French customer service Or lack thereof Update I did contact trading standards regarding the matter as Sorel are impossible to contact they only have chat bot with limited choices It s worth noting when my request was finally dealt with it was dealt with by Columbia Sports and upon checking them out they have the same address I was refunded 3 weeks after they recieved my return Because they did finally give me my money back I upgraded them to a 2 star

worst customer service

First purchase got lost somewhere between distributor but never made it to UPS Not the fault of Sorel however some of the worst customer service I have ever received When I called they wouldn t let me speak they didn t get back to me by the time they said they would Was such a hassle sorting it out In the end had to outlay over 200 waiting for refunds buying a new pair Great boots however don t buy them direct from the company Find a company with better customer service

Great boots shocking customer service

This company makes great boots but unfortunetly their customer service is shockingly slow at issuing refunds on returned goods You just get told something different every time you call the service line Where is my money Sorel

9 days ago since order was confirmed This is a joke No one answers from the generic customer service email Another brand blighted by terrible service This is not the way to run a business Update order arrived extremely delayed delivery Unfortunately too small Returns through Ups online although for some reason I couldnt get to the print label page Called the customer service number and a the kind lady did it for me and emailed me the correct print label Lovely This review is amended slightly for that Unfortunately limited UPS drop off near me and no pick up available 2 weeks after receiving the returned item Still no refund

Slow delivery Slow Returns

Slow delivery I ordered on a Saturday the shoes arrived the following Friday Very slow returns process SOREL should not be serving the Uk market To return an item first it goes to a facility in Coventry then to a facility in France for processing They say to allow 15 days after delivery to Coventry before contacting about the return and refund Apart from being able to check my tracking that the shoes were delivered to Coventry 10 days ago I haven t heard a single thing from Sorel

NOT WATERPROOF

I have bought Sorel boots Out N About classic Bought it as it says on website 100 waterproof they look great very lightweight easy to put on comfortable but main issue is it s not waterproof at all my socks are soaking wet each time after dog walk It s very disappointing those shoes are so expensive and totally overrated They don t have any lining inside boots which makes it impossible to wear them in winter as my feet are frozen and wet because of those boots Really unhappy and would never recommend or buy again from Sorel

Comfy boots terrible customer service

Well what to say The boots themselves Cheyenne Metro II arrived quickly feel great and do the job UP TO A POINT They quickly deteriorated couple of months so I contacted customer service and 2 weeks later I m still stuck with a holding reply we regret to inform you that due to an increased number of consumer requests It s a shame cos the boots look and feel nice but AVOID
