Well I must have been I lucky compared to some of the reviewers here I ve made three orders in the last two months and all have arrived promptly and the boots have been great quality The sizing is unreliable with some boots running small and others running large - rarely are they true to size This means the inconvenience of ordering two sizes to be sure of the right fit - and returning the unsuitable boots I ve had no issues with returns - having said that I think refunds ought to be processed a bit quicker On average I ve waited 7-8 working days from the time the orders were received back at Sorel until getting confirmation of refund That s the main reason why I knocked my rating down from 5 to 4 So perhaps I ve been lucky I m sorry to read so many bad reviews Let s hope Sorel customer service improves as it s a great brand otherwise
