I tried ordering one of your pool chairs from your company last weekend where you advertised buy one get one half price and I couldn t do it because the code given didn t work My husband reached your company and left a message since you were closed on the weekend after he tried with the same result as I had He placed an order for one anyway To my surprise on Monday we received a call from one of your reps I think Angela was her name but I m not sure Anyway she was delightful to talk with and explained the problem had been solved and told me that if I still wanted another one that I could get it at the advertised half price I told her that I did and I want you to know that I ve already received both of them This is the best service I do believe that I had ever had in all my years of ordering I have already recommended your company Thank you for your excellent customer service You are a fantastic company

Before I placed my order for a 18x36 pool cover and set of 12 water bags I asked the salesman Dillon to verify that the cover will be sent with grommets all the way around the cover He assured me that the grommets were all around the cover Happy to say that Dillon was right and the cover seems to be what we need The cover seems strong enough for a few years but time will tell Certainly was a bargain for the cover and water bags Thanks Slash Super Center Mrs Chris Krenkel Dunkirk Maryland
