Erwin and the customer support team is amazing Very quick to respond and helpful However there are too many holes in to the system I recommend trying out the free trial before committing as I made a mistake for paying for the full year and I cannot get the money back which is understandable

Used the software for over 2 years and was a complete disappointment to say the least The products don t have correct data 90 of the time and they miss the overall product details or titles Plenty of chinese sellers and sellers who over price stuff on this platform Spocket also has some issues when it comes with WP and WooCommerce at times Not worth the money and forget about customer support because you will get copy paste responses mostly Lastly the products don t provide the following - Sizing details guidelines- MTN or UPC You will have issues in Google Merchat Center I would prefer to stay away from them at all cost

You cannot test the app without selecting a pricing plan and giving your bank details Also I asked for deletion of my account last week and wanted to check if it really got deleted by trying to log in again But when you do that the app registrate you again without asking Then again you need to select a pricing plan so you cannot delete your account manually So I had to reach out again to ask for account deletion via chat or mail Just unnecessary 2 Stars because their customer support is super kind and very helpful

Expecting an email or a notice before they take your money In that case - you might as well wish for rain in the desert Spocket seems to rely on transparency that is as clear as mud leaving customers to find out the mystery of charges that appear out of thin air They prefer the element of surprise leaving you to play detective on your unexplained charges as I spent multiple hours finding out who even charged me Attempting to contact them is like shouting into a void My own story of seeking answers was met with a week of silence despite repeatedly reaching out multiple time The cherry on top - communications were directed at Abigail a manager who chose to remain as elusive as the company s billing notifications I was ignored for more than a week And after more than a week being totally ignored receiving no reply and losing over 90EUR that is a lot for me as a student - I had to terminate my account with them It is a shame as buried beneath the sediment of Spocket s non-communication and billing practices that are very tricky and hidden - lies a tool with untapped promise

I m excited to try this new program but I don t like when they tell me that I need to rate the program before I m even allowed to try it

Everything s easy to guide The lay out and format is great

The process seems to be very efficient but at the get go there seems to be an overwhelming amount of information I think the process can be simplified even further through either graphic tutorials or videos

Seemed so great at first - good integration with Shopify relatively easy to understand But then I actually started getting orders I was so excited I had made a substantial investment and was eager to break even But as orders came in they sat in processing for days and then weeks Enquires to Spocket didn t bring me any answers They kept telling me they were contacting the suppliers directly But this happened on different orders all with different suppliers so I believe there is some underlying technical issue they will not admit to Very disappointed after having invested so much to get this off the ground

So far it has seemed pretty useful Ive only browsed over it but by what I can tell it is going to help me a lot I greatly look forward to using this app to expand my E-Commerce Brand I would suggest this app to any newcomers to the drop shipping world

I will be frank here I just stumbled on this sprocket for the first time I was actually looking for a drop ship website when I got to this site I presume am in the right site and want to know more about sprocket and also do business with you guys Thanks
