I took out a one-year subscription at 288 and I m very disappointed because the prices of dropshipped products are very high The proposed selling price is above average For example for a product sold at 37 49 Shipping at 8 99 supposedly shipped from France The recommended retail pricexx is 51 I compare on search engines and I see that other sellers sell this product equivalent to 39 on average When you do the math 51-8 99-37 49 4 52 Now we European sellers have to pay VAT for my part in the amount of 8 50 I m sorry to say that for me Spocket is completely unusable as a dropshipping supplier Does Spocket really control its sources Aren t there too many middlemen Does Spocket take too much commission on each product J ai pris un abonnement d un an 288 et je suis tr s d u car les prix des produits dropshippings sont tr s lev s Le tarif de vente propos est au dessus de la moyenne pratiqu Exemple pour un produit vendu 37 49 Shipping 8 99 soit disant exp di depuis la France Le prixxx conseill de vente est de 51 Je compare sur les moteurs de recherches et je vois que les autres vendeurs vendent ce produit quivalent 39 en moyenne Quand on fait le calcul 51-8 99-37 49 4 52 Maintenant nous vendeurs europ ens devont nous acquitter des TVA pour ma part d un montant de 8 50 J ai le regret de constater qu Spocket pour moi est compl tement inexploitable en tant que fournisseur dropshipping Spocket contr le t-il vraiment ses sources N y a t-il pas trop d interm diaires Spocket prend-t-il trop de commissions sur chaque produit

I have tried this through shopify but after a day or two I decided to cancel my account in shopify The platform is so difficult to navigate for someone like me Maybe I am not fit for this Products are so expensive out of stocks and the lists with similar cases go on I have deleted my shopify account and tried to look it up how to cancel the trial period that they have offered Unfortunately I failed to do it After a month I have received a notification from my bank account that Spocket have charged me for the services that I even have not received It is a Scam Don t be fooled They offered me an additional 2 months to try their services for free This is to compensate the amount that was deducted from me It is so unfortunate I tried reaching out to their customer service but they just replied with their policy So I cannot do anything about it They are not a solution-driven company NO REFUND WILL BE DONE

After initial concerns that the individuals working at Spocket were failing to cancel my membership I was safely assured my membership was cancelled - until I checked back 3 months later noticing that in fact Abby the lovely individual copy-pasting blanket responses to all Trustpilot reviews was simply misleading me to believe she cancelled my membership just to plead ignorance until I finally got it cancelled for sure - despite no use or shop attached to the account the entire account lifespan Needless to say - the customer service matches the platform itself

First there was a charge on my card I didn t okay Also I can t find how to cancel my subscription or delete my account which is a bit frustrating When I talked to customer support things didn t add up They said I didn t pause my plan but I m looking right at it and it s definitely paused

Don t use spocket not good customers service they didn t have refunds policy They took my 684 usd which i made mistake thay Didn t refound me They said use our plan there manager stupid nothing response if u ask For dropshipping i don t recommend it Plz trust me u will loss money if u going to use it

This is my 2nd Review here Sprocket has disabled my account after my negative review MY first review was related to repeated deduction from my credit card They will not verify your email The link they sent for email verification is also not working Beware of this company Simply Scam

DON T LET YOU CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND NO REFUNDS Even 14 days trial Once you subscribed to their plan they have got you Instead of fostering goodwill and building a lasting relationship with your customers it seems that their approach prioritizes short-term gains over long-term satisfaction Rather than encouraging loyalty and trust it appears that they are prefer to prioritize immediate profits

They refused to give me a refund after my I initially canceled membership and the whole time I was on the impression that it got canceled but they took 100 from me and refused to give it back One of the financial Mangers names Abigail is beyond useless and a pathetic person If they want success they need transparency

To provide context I signed up for a free trial of Spocket Shopify app store As soon as I realized this app is no good random products with high costs I made sure to check my membership status before deleting the app from my Shopify store Under membership it shows I was on a basic plan and also they made it almost impossible to find the option to cancel so I thought I was good Guess what a few days later I was charged 99 after the trial concluded for the premium plan I immediately reached out to their customer service team to request a refund They agreed that there was no Shopify account linked to that Spocket account and that I ve never used their services adding products They then pretended to submit a refund request and told me they d reach out soon This is a lie by the way to delay your refund for as long as possible they only have a few employees mostly in Asia who play different roles and act like they have a whole refund department that reviews cases After being met with no responses for 13 days they finally reached out and said no they cannot issue a refund no surprise here I have to emphasize the fact that I never even used the service during the trial period and I did not receive any value from the service for which I was charged refund requested on the same day I was charged Additionally it is very unprofessional that the team initially acknowledged the lack of use and promised a resolution only to refuse to provide a refund and took 13 days to do that This is a warning message for you guys to be careful with these people The dropship business tends to attract the worst kind of business practices unfortunately
