I think the advertising of this app needs to be seriously looked at On every site it claims Spocket is US EU but that is categorically not the case I have so far found zero suppliers from the EU Almost all of the suppliers are from China with the typical 30 day lead time which has now become a public hate that pushes them back towards local retailers and any suppliers that are in the US only ship domestically The advertising for this app should read US and The Far East only All other zones don t bother

Wish the shipping was faster they say they ship from the USA but it takes 5-7 BUSINESS Days to PROCESS and another 3-14 days to SHIP Thats a long wait for the customer The response back that you guys are sorry that the shipping wasn t up to MY standards was RUDE I was just leaving a review I will be seeking another service soon I assure you

I like all features It is very simple and easy to make a work

I have paid for products but the seem not adding up to the online store What could be the problem

They are helpful and prompt at resolving issues

I like that all s pocket staff are contacted to me right away

hi so I m actually new to this company sprocket I can t give it 5 stars yet because it s all new to me but so far I m off to a good start I did hit a bump in the road but things got fix so only gods know what the future hold and if I run into a bad experience I will definitely come back and write another review btw Leah was very helpful with my bump in the road along with prinze as well thank you

Product-wise I ultimately didn t find what I wanted on Spocket I m sure it s great if you find a partner-supplier you jive with -- there was a lack of UK suppliers in my niche and some minor oddness I haven t time to get into here Occasionally out of the blue I d get a random welcome email congratulating me on signing up for one of their plans and IMO their billing page needs a rework to display confirmation of cancellations and the like for customers peace of mind What saved my overall experience and thus this review is the stellar customer service team I want to mention Eleanor Jam Robbi and Ria Whenever I had a knotty problem or strange question they were incredibly quick kind and efficient in solving it Once I left the service I asked them to delete my data and this was done right away without quibble Without them I m afraid the experience would have felt a lot more impersonal and dare I say it pushy

It goodspecifically like that Spocket offers a wide variety of products from US and European suppliers This gives my customers more options to choose from and it also allows me to offer products that are not available from other dropshipping platforms
