Items are too expensive so when we add the shipping cost to make it appealing to the customer it either end up being too expensive for them or a profit of 5 dollars max for us

Spocket do not update your inventorythey say that an item is is stock 2 out of 5 was not also it showed it is not reliable if you have a problem they will not answer dont have a phone as well drooped them from my system quickly spend time one good think they refunded me the last month

The issue I ve had with Spocket is the fact they are too drop shippers I ve found the same products for my niche on aliexpress Sometimes the prices were double The customer service was nice and replied fast They were easy to communicate with My biggest issue with this service is that most of the suppliers were dropshippers selling on this platform

I have a slightly negative experience about s p o c k e t company

I have a slightly negative experience with spocket co based in Canada because I have a Shopify website plus a Department of Revenue sole proprietorship business license with sales tax ID so I am authorized to sell things based on the state that I live in The reason why I initially signed up with spocket co is because I read all the rave reviews and everybody was so happy and giving glowing comments and testimonials about how excellent this company is and highly responsive and people are making supposedly lots of money with this company supporting business people online I ve got news for you So far I have not been able to get anywhere with this company and I probably won t because they have turned their back on me and just don t give a darn anymore about helping me I have a legitimate need to be helped and I feel this company just wants me to go away I went from the pro version at 49 dollars recently and went through the trial and then later decided to upgrade to the Empire level at 99 99 to supposedly have access to 10 000 products in the spocket database to have drop shipped to future customers and what I have discovered is spocket co computer servers apparently are intentionally disconnecting my Shopify store link to them at least five times I have asked for technical support since last Friday last week all the way through Monday of November 14th 2022 today and as of today s date that I m posting this review Ria and Prinz have not responded to me any further As of November 14th 2022 I have been waiting all day for a follow-up on what is going on with my account with this company based in Canada and nobody has responded to my request for assistance through my Gmail account like they did last week and over the weekend The s p o c k e t Representatives have chosen to be completely quiet They told me via email that they were monitoring the situation but on my side of things nothing has changed I tried for the fifth time today to reconnect my Shopify store link and it immediately terminated by store link yet again I am now at the point where I am ready to terminate my account via email request to them and no longer do business with them It is my hope that I will find a legitimate and excellent drop shipper somewhere online that will not exploit me or take advantage of me or ignore me All I want to do is have a positive wonderful experience with online customers and make sure that their product needs are met and to be there for them but I can t do that when the drop shipper is not doing their job or helping me to resolve this horrible website disconnection problem I wanted to explain my situation to people through trustpilot com and what I ve been through so far I really wanted this to work but it seems like I have been pushed aside as a spocket customer and am no longer considered somebody to help Thanks Spocket for nothing

I m honestly confused about these

I m honestly confused about these positive reviews Although I have to admit I was only on spocket for a few days Pros they have a great trial for fourteen days which gives you time to ultimately make your plan payment before you actually have to pay it They have a great inventory from the USA unlike other drop shipping companies I have tried If you want US based items this is for you They have white label and private label options for select products Super easy interface took me seconds to learn and only a half hour to stock my store Cons While stocking my store I suddenly started getting an error code It wouldn t let me push items to my store after I edited the title and description I messaged CS and they had me on wait for fifteen minutes before asking me my issue They told me they would look it up and an hour later I finally messaged them again this is an instant message chat btw and asked what s up The rep said they were super busy and gave me a simple clear cache command I tried it and it didn t work so I told them it didn t Another HOUR later and I had to message them again They told me they escalated the ticket and I d hear back That was two days ago and I haven t heard anything I can t even fix my issue so I can t use Spocket as intended If CS is always going to be like this it isn t worth it Plus their plan is priced very high I guess it s worth it for such a good variety of US based products if you re willing to risk the CS but I have found with dropshipping companies a lot of issues come up and its good to have reliable CS

Dropgenius service lacks clarity

R a was friendly but considering we were in an e-mail conversation and not a chat conversation I feel my support ticket was closed far too quickly to consider it good service I haven t looked to see if you have a live chat support but generally emails aren t closed out that quickly I also didn t appreciate the passive-aggressive comment they made It was subtle but they said like all other services a plan is to be selected in order to avail the platform s services They assumed I hadn t already chosen a plan and also not all other services require payment straight away I had already started a trial with spocket and paid the 1 for dropgenius I chose the free Shopify plan to get started because I opened a different Shopify account yesterday which was paid for and I didn t want to pay for a second one yet because i thought I had linked dropgenius to the original Shopify account I created yesterday I simply asked if I had to choose a paid plan for my second account for AI to get into it and I felt undermined by the comment and confused as to why dropgenius wouldn t link to the account I made yesterday and forced me to use a different email address and start a new account The instructions were not at all clear when I signed up and the 24 hour delay in service made me feel like I was being scammed
