Abosulote scam of a company in the process of legal action against them hope they got good lawyers avoid this company at all cost also anybody trying to contact them over a phone call do not waste endless time no one will answer they have number detection to avoid calls they reply back to reviews on her faster then the customer request will be getting bk every penny that went to them ty for direct debit guarantee

This is shit company stupid company my phone was stolen 2 weeks ago and they want to closed my claim because don t have enough prove this company is the ugly company which I see in my in my life I give one star but it zero nothing reviews ever and nobody use this company is not good is rubbish company I hope this company will collapse I will never use this company again

There is no wonder to see these many one start ratings because this is the least people can give it I lost my phone 2 weeks ago after many followups with the square trade team I finally scheduled a call with them and never received the call I have to call them again wait for 20 mins to know the agent is not available and shall book a new appointment Waste of time and money dealing with this business Not sure why the Three network has trusted them and providing service Probably the worst customer service in the UK and asks for reviews after call for doing nothing

This is such a ridiculous that i report my claim and last 2 days tried to call but no response Every time asking about details and then cut the call what means with insurance They people stop working if can t provide good service it seems like a scam with us Now after a week today we got call and they just ask some questions and didn t verify anything and didn t respond This company is providing very bad service we lost our phone and your company doesn t matter with it We are fully insured and we cover insurance for difficult times but it looks like we made big mistake by choosing square trade They people doesn t care how much a person is suffering with this situation They are not taking calls if hardly one person takes call he spoke to us very rude We can t imagine how bad service they are providing

Only one star because it won t let me do ZERO stars This company is a joke and an embarrassment for Allstate or any other insurance company to be outsourcing to do their claims When you make large purchases like TVs or other expensive appliances then tack on a five year warranty protection plan and have all the information needed you would think a simple claim would be a no-brainer but this company s employees have no brains So the consumer is screwed Without any knowledge of basic warranty insurance terms conditions let alone any common sense they stonewall by repeating generic responses read from a computer screen which eventually leads to a firm ridiculous denial But only after wasting your precious time patience brain cells and faith in humanity Shame on you Squareturd

Been dragging on for over 8 weeks all info i can supply i have phone appointments made then they make out they called and I never answered absolutely appalling service for a company recommended by Three the network and not cheap all information supplied then asking for more and asking for information that cannot be supplied and they know it Claim 012596024131 After reading other reviews shows they don t want to payout

Square trade is such an idiot fellows I think they are buying the stolen phones from other countries When I received a refurbished phone after my claim settled which is already used by someone after a long fight for 27 days with these square trade idiots i went to apple store to purchase a plan they said that this mobile is not from this country it is from from Germany so we cant offer a protection plan this shows that these idiots are purchasing stolen phones and refurbishing them giving as replacement in another country Such a worst money minded fellows I suggest never take square trade plans

Square trade is scamming my mum for phone insurance do not use She s filed for a claim for more than a month ago and we re still yet to hear back Never use this and we will be seeking legal action soon Such process has caused my mother emotional distress which has had an affect on her everyday life

I am genuinely concerned about the service I ve received from SquareTrade It s been weeks since I filed my claim and I still have not seen any progress They don t know what kind of information they need from the customer I ve reached out multiple times but the responses are slow and I keep being asked for the same information over and over It feels like there is no sense of urgency or care from their team I m truly worried about how this company handles claims and customer service it s extremely frustrating and concerning that they seem unable to provide any real assistance or answers This Rubbish Square trade Company don t understand the problems Concerns and Patience of the customers who lost or stolen their expensive gadgets for this customers are paying too much money in full insurance cover but in the end they get nothing this is how they treat their customers I am seriously questioning the reliability and trustworthiness of their services Please SquareTrade step up and do better

Again false information by this scam of a company tried to call the number just look at the reply to my review opening hours tried to call them 20 04 pm and automated service says office is closed STAY AWAY FROM THEM NOTHING BUT MISLEADING INFORMATION and please try for yourself thank you square trade for giving my legal team more evidence see you in court soon
