NON EXISTENT AFTERCARE AS SOON AS YOU LEAVE THE FORECOURT

completely non-existent after care purchased a car from here 3 months ago the car broke down day after purchase was told i have to get the car back to SR MOTOR GROUP myself and they cannot book it in for at least 2 weeks because there main mechanic manager is away was then told to use warranty but the faults are there when i got the car so no one will help how was this car released and how they did not prioritise this as a customer who has just bought a car think twice before purchasing from this company everytime i ring they have to speak to their boss no one can make a decision and the boss does not have a number or email avoid

Great service

We bought a Nissan X-Trail from Darren at S R Motors and have had a great experience We emailed late the evening to see if we could test drive the next day and they replied quickly accommodating our request The car was as described and in good condition A couple of days later a warning light came on for a start stop fault I contacted Darren and he immediately reassured me and said they ll help sort it out It turns out to be a battery issue where the car hasn t been used for a while totally beyond their control as the warning light didn t appear until we d driven it around a bit We dropped off the car and it was fixed within the day Great service and will happily use again

I have read a lot of the negative

I have read a lot of the negative reports on here about R S motors and some rather derogatory comments about the sales teamWell I travelled 200 miles each way to view a car then the same again to collect it The staff both Simon and Naz were brilliant and I cannot fault the carSo I would recommend them to anyone
