Stiltz were very professional and quick

Stiltz were very professional and quick to install the lift It s attractive and has set my husband who is now unable to walk - free We were disappointed and surprised to find that the Warranty was only for 1 year

As I was finding the stairs very difficult and did not wish to move from my lovely cottage I decided to look into the possibility of a lift The first firm that came said it was not possible due to lack of space but luckily the next day was the appointment with the Stiltz surveyor No problem he decided - don t you love those words -so I now have my super lift I found the whole experience top quality the workmen were very considerate Highly recommended

Getting Older

For me and getting older stairs were becoming a little more difficult also at this time had decided to move nearer to my daughter and family I knew at this point a very large flat or house that I could have an Stiltz lift put in A lovely house was found lift installed in the corner of my dining room and comes up into my bedroom it s all so very neat I kept my staircase as still wanted to use it for exercising however when needing to carry items they all go in the lift Brilliant

Wonderful company

Dealing with this company has been a wonderful experience From the first phone call to the finish of the installation they were informative friendly and efficient Due to illness we had to put the installation on hold for a year but reinstating our order was seamless Everyone involved has gone the extra mile All the tradesmen were exceptional at their jobs and left no mess whatsoever The lift it so quiet and neat Definitely the best decision we have made and the very best company we have dealt with

Very pleased with the lift It s neat looking and so easy to operate Installation team very clean and tidy and considerate Only minor niggle is for elderly users who can t take all the verbal information given into memory a short follow up visit would be helpful to reinforce the information in operating brochure

Stiltz Homelifts was our choice and we were not disappointed The building team did a great job followed by the installation team They were great users of the vacuum cleaner which meant the place was always clean

The best lift ever

Everyone at Stiltz from the admin staff to the wonderful builders and fitters were fabulous They were all kind and courteous and did a wonderful job I cannot fault them at all especially the building team who encountered some difficulties but they worked everything out and did a marvellous job I would definitely recommend them to anyone Stiltz may not be the cheapest but they are definitely the best Thank you Stiltz for making my life so much easier

My review started with building work Tony his son did a great job ready for the lift to go through the floor nothing was to much trouble for them they where first class workmen that did a first class job 10 10The fitters that came in after to assemble and fit the lift where also class workmen John and Phil they did a great job again and went out of there way to explain every little safety gadget ie - how they work what they for 2 men who really enjoy their job just couldn t say a word wrong about any part of the job great team and cleaned up and all rubbish that was collected and taken away I would recommend this company to anyone needing a home lift
