This company quotes good prices

This company quotes good prices But when I called no dealer they have would come to my area at Lake of the Ozark Mo They also wouldn t even give me the name of there dealers They don t sell to the public even with out a dealer network in the area I did find an elevator company that has there unit on there web site in my location and would sell and install me one To bad they can t get dealer price so it costs 10 000 more for the same item They will let a company buy one but not me This company is playing both sides on sales with dealer BS and sticking the customer with the price spread Then boasting how they are so much cheaper than everyone else and beware of others prices To bad I wanted one at the lower rate I can t be a customer because they won t sell to me and when they quote to country home in mo it costs way more because there dealers in Kansas and mo don t service the lake area in mo They must not have checked to hard I called muilt times 1-844-478-4589 I even had one of there dealers in sc willing to sell and drop ship it to me at the right price but that was a no go They have my name on record when I call seems strange this ceo can t find it Maybe they need new ceo s Just goes to reinforce I am right and he is wrong You might want to call pa again or better yet have your guy in the US call me

Avoid like smallpox

Avoid like smallpox Unfortunately I can t give a zero star review We live in an old 1800 s cottage with low ceilings On the salesman advice we chose the Lifton Duo which was meant to be the dogs doodahs After accepting the quotation we paid a third deposit After all the surveys- we had to have 2 for some reason - we were pushed to pay yet another third they got this figure wrong by adding VAT We were then called 5 days before the installation was due to commence by Stiltz to be reminded that the final balance was due upon completion Once again this figure was wrong I assume their abacus was on a sloping desk and the beads kept moving Later that day we had another phone call from Stiltz saying they couldn t fit the lift we had chosen some months before but could offer something else After waiting all this time I blew a fuse Why had it taken them so long to discover that they couldn t fit the lift I cancelled the order and asked for a refund Not a problem they said it ll take about 10 days With online banking there is no reason for this We got our money back 2 days later

A reply to useless stiltz

I tried to edit my review of these jokers yesterday but was unable too how ridiculous to try and blame th current situation on your unforgivably poor customer service I and the rest of your customers pay you cowboys good money to install one of your lifts yet my lift is less than a year old and already breaking down leaving me stuck inside for 3 hours you may think this is acceptable but I your customer do not you have a duty and responsibility to make sure you have enough people on call to reach your customers in a reasonable time frame you should not be leaving a lady in a wheelchair with a serious brain injury for 3 hours with all the stress that caused I have never recommended stiltz to anyone and never will after this latest debacle you are a truly terrible company quick to take our money but fail miserably when actually needed

far from impressed

Had my stiltz lift for less than a year now and it broke down this morning with me stuck in it for 3 hours I am not impressed at all why did the repair man have to come from so far away someone should be available closer they should not leave disabled people in lifts for anything near to 3 hours sorry it is not good enough

Having installed a Dou Through Lift in

Having installed a Dou Through Lift in 2015 we were very impressed with the item once the teething issues were resolved and signed up for an annual service contract Since then every year we have had to chase up for the annual service - this year months overdue -despite contact in the Autumn and told this was in hand Now very disappointed with Stiltz and would have to think carefully before recommending this product

Noisy lift

I am writing this review from the perspective of someone who lives next door to someone who has a Stiltz home lift I live in a semi-detached house My neighbours recently had a Stiltz lift installed in their house May 2022 with one part of the lift going to a first floor bedroom and the other into their ground floor dining room The lift has clearly been installed in the bedroom presumably a few feet away closest to the wall which is where our properties are attached As a result we can regularly hear the lift when in operation Nightly when my elderly neighbour goes to sleep like clockwork we hear the noise of the lift around 2300 going up from the ground floor and vice versa in the morning Then we hear the clunking and banging of the lift door when they are getting in or out I just want anyone who is considering buying one of these lifts who lives in a semi detached property to be aware of this The other issue people may experience is that we live in a semi-rural area which suffers with power cuts in bad weather Therefore running the risk of someone being stuck in the lift if they were using it in a power cut Stiltz- not quite sure why you are suggesting that I put a T V on to drown out the noise of the lift when we are trying to go to sleep at 11pm Or don t want to be woken at 0600am when my neighbour uses the lift to get to the toilet downstairs That makes no sense

Not at all to do with the work works of Stiltz i believe and it looks like a very professional company I am Concerned today about what type of people you hire myself being 19 and a new driver should not of had the experience i had today Unfortunately today on the way home from work in London I came across a STILTZ 70 plate van that didn t understand how to use a roundabout The Driver of this van that i will find out about very soon as i plan to complain thought it would be a great idea whilst driving his STILTZ Van representing the company to cut me off several times on the A127 using all the inappropriate language out the window towards me bullied and pushed me out of my lane several times nearly into the gaurd rail in the middle of the motorway Im sure all the traffic behind me could see this amazing driving taking place and thought what a great company i hope i will receive a call tomorrow from the office as have given my number and hopefully this 45 year old man can take his driving test again kind regards Luke

The Trio+ is a three-person, wheelchair-accessible model featuring a gently-angled ramp and automatic door for easy entrance and exit, suitable for users with walking frames or wheelchairs.

Stiltz home lifts stand out due to their small footprint (the Duo+ covers less than one square metre), whisper-quiet operation thanks to a self-supporting stilt and guide system, and fast installation typically completed in one day.
