Great people to deal with it was a great experience from start to finish Every phase from purchase to install happened exactly when they said it would especially when work men come in to a house with Disabled people living there

Just had a lift installed over 3 days

Just had a lift installed over 3 days It couldn t have gone better Monday we had two guys come to make the opening as well as a plumber to move a radiator and an electrician to deal with the cables under the floorboards The work on the opening was completed on day 2 Day 3 today the installers turned up and had it up and running in about 6 hours All the guys were incredible - friendly professional and courteous very impressed with the quality of materials etc I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this company if you need to have a lift installed Update 5th July a minor issue none-working light was reported the day after installation So far there has been no response from the service department The warranty agreement states that an engineer will be dispatched within 48-72 hours after a fault is reported

Amazing lift and amazing customer service

Our experience with Stiltz was brilliant from start to finish From the initial consultation to installation the customer service was second to none The lift has made a huge difference to my parents lives It takes up hardly any room and works so efficiently I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Unbelievable installation

Unbelievable installation we expected major disruption but none of that The building team and the installers were unobtrusive very tidy and quick the only real noise came as they opened the ceiling of the living room Highly recommended and will make our lives far easier

Delighted with lift

The whole experience was about 8 weeks from first contacting Stiltz to installation The men who installed the lift worked extremely hard over 4 days It was more intrusive than we realised as the whole floor had to be taken up and built in furniture had to be removed which we hadn t realised but the workmen were brilliant and ensured that our curtain pole could remain Every house is different and they dealt with problems that arose calmly and imaginatively really can t praise them too highly A glitch that arose after we had carpeted the lid of the lift was quickly resolved by Kevin the lift engineer It has fitted in to our sitting room extremely well and whizzes up to the study The lift itself is amazing We hadn t realised it would be lined in carpet which coincidentally is the same colour as the sitting room carpet and fits in very well with the study decor It has a built in mobile phone in case you become stuck if you are alone and need to contact Stiltz It s extremely quiet and we are delighted

Highly recommended

The installation of this lift went like clockwork and although I had covered everything up with dust sheets due to my previous experience of builders they weren t necessary Roman and Steven my installers did a perfectionist job with not a drop of dust left after installation I wish all tradesmen were this good In addition the Stiltz advertisements do exactly what they say on the tin They have thought of everything and they are precisely designed for small footprint domestic use A stairlift cannot for example shift heavy items from floor to floor one of my current problems The lift also looks very stylish and has attracted much attention from relatives and friends Although expensive the cost of a small car I think it has been well worth it so far

Elegant

From initial contact to final installation and post installation follow-up it s been a pleasure to deal with Stiltz The lift installed in a two-storey bungalow yes you read that right replaced the original tired and awkward stairs It s elegant and blends in to the surrounding decor When it s on the other floor there is almost no loss of functional space and no unsightly mechanism impinging the space

Stiltz is an excellent company with an excellent product I ve recently had a Stiltz lift installed It is electric quiet and has lots of safety features The installation team were hard working polite and cleaned up after themselves I can recommend it
