Very happy with the customer care i received from this branch Lady on reception was very helpful welcoming and polite She looked after me Lucy looked after me from start to finish and she was very nice helpful and good customer care attitude all round My gle went in for a service and was a breeze Car was lovely and clean and my whole experience was great Only one thing for me that was the pick up and drop off service not available That for me is a priority so i would hope this service will become available plse Tracey Townsend

I enquired New car experience

I enquired about a BMW and received a call firstly from Craig and the followed up by Josh I discussed in detail cat options budget and trade in and they understood that I was going to purchase a verchile if the right car could be found which is was with a great spec The whole experience was superb and professional all the way through the sales process and when I collected the car the whole team at the centre from arrival to departure were superb To top it off they even managed to fit my tracker at short notice and still deliver on time with a 5 star experience What an experience Craig and Team keep up the good work and I will definitely recommend Stratstone BMW Derby to family and friends
