I love my sun god renagades I get lots of positive comments and they are as good as Ray Bans and better than Oakley I ve had them for two years and then sat on them and broke the frame I remembered the lifetime guarantee so sent them back expecting them to be repaired some how I was amazed and delighted when a brand new pair arrived What brilliant customer service I would have recommended Sun Gods anyway but this is a different level

I utilised SunGods lifetime guarantee to fix the arm on my sunglasses when they dropped onto the floor and snapped off The process was seamless and they had my sungods back to me in a few days Unfortunately there was a scratch and small chip on the lens which wasn t there before I spoke to the team and they were absolutely brilliant I cannot fault how helpful they were - there was no shifting of blame on to me which I ve had before with some companies who I ll never use again they simply organised a pair of replacement lenses to be sent out to me Mistakes happen in life and I m really impressed with how the customer service team responded Brilliant
