Say no to Taketours

I booked two tickets for dance cruise in Miami in Bayside and they didn t confirm my booking until I called them Once I got the confirmation and went to the venue I saw that the prices charged by them were exorbitant For a 10 ride I was charged 19 with no extra inclusions Who charges almost double even if I consider it to be a convenience fee Taketours never again

Booked the Niagara Falls trip 2 months back The payment was promptly taken Got an email 2 days before departure that the trip was cancelled No alternatives given Yet to get a refund Unprofessional Unethical Avoid at all cost

Never again

We thought it was a great deal but it was a horrible experience Our tour guide was rude and hard to understand in English - He showed up 45 minutes late on the first day then literally got into a screaming match with another tourist on the bus we was awkward and unprofessional to say the least They also charged us almost double the RRP for tickets so if you do end up on one of these tours do NOT buy tickets for optional activites through them Buy them yourself at the ticket counter We also spent almost the whole time on the bus - they allowed us 25 minutes at the Grand Canyon after spending 5 hours getting there and about 30 minutes total at Yosemite A huge disappointment and not at all worth the cheap price
