Hopeless parking permit system My car is only 2 years old yet cannot even look up my CO2 from DVLA Other plugin hybrid owners reporting the same at Haringey Council And then takes days to fix still not fixed 6 days on No contact Simply hopeless

Awful system

I use harngeys taranto system and it is awful Conveniently forgets passwords and doesn t allow you reset the password and then locks your account No doubt to elicit more money in fines All the this terrible system does is compliment the already awful systems and service provided by Haringey Council

What s the opposite of cutting edge

Once I got a vague error trying to buy 4 visitor vouchers Tried throughout the day called them no luck getting it to work Accidentally requested 5 on one of my attempts and it worked Tried 4 again right after - got the error again

I need to reset my password

I need to reset my password The Tarantosystems is permanently unavailable I need to pay for CPZ It was the same last year and I had to phone customer services The worst website ever

Very impersonal and not helpful

Ealing council sent a link to Taranto services reset my password to buy CPZ Every time I tried it I got a message saying Taranto systems were down I asked Taranto services for support but they said I needed to contact Ealing Council even though Ealing council had sent me Taranto link Thankfully someone helped me by suggesting I use a different browser Ealing council also responded and although I had solved the problem by this time were much more helpful than Taranto
