Good experience with Teamson

Good experience with Teamson I ordered a firepit directly from them at Gardeners World Live at the NEC Staff at the show were very friendly and helpful The price at the show was excellent the RRP of the fire pit was around 200 and they were being sold for about 90 at the show 45 cheaper than the Teamson website and 55 cheaper than Amazon It was promised that the firepit would be delivered within the next week but it came within a few days so very pleased with that Firepit is lovely very stylish and better than the options I could find at places like Amazon B Q Homebase etc

Review of Bathroom wall cabinet

Thank you for your approach for a review of your product I purchased a Bathroom Wall cabinet that has faux slatted doors and an attractive moulded surround It fits perfectly in the required location and I am totally satisfied with the outcome The delivery time was excellent as was the instructions for assembly Indeed the instructions were far superior to many other products supplied by other companies in the past

I had an issue with a floor light I

I had an issue with a floor light I bought online Jackie from Teamson has been nothing but helpful this week I work full time and do not arrive home until after the help desk is closed but Jackie s email responses have been so prompt and helpful

A company who are trustworthy

Ordered the garden furniture but wondered if it would be of good quality considering the price I couldn t be more happy with it and would have no hesitation to recommend the company to others The best bonus of all is that there was hardly anything to do to it as it only needed two clips to put it together

Item bought was Peaktop by Teamson Home Outdoor Garden Furniture 2 In 1 Rattan 336 Litres Storage Box Bench Seat with Grey Cushion The product was not good quality difficult to assemble as holes did not line up The instructions were incorrect and had the left side and right side mixed up This was important as they were different Once assembled the lid catches on the sides as you shut the lid which then fractures the Rattan and breaks it Not a good productat all Service from Teamson wasw ok but do not buy this box it s rubbish Update Having spoken to a very nice lady called Jackie Teamson have promised to replace the item FOC I am more than happy with this and actually it s a very nice change to get some good customer service

First time using Teamsonkids

It was the first time I have used Teamsonkids I ordered a personalised table and chair for my grandaughter the quality was really good and went together really easy They quoted me up to 10 days delivery but received within 5 days I was notified of delivery which arrived exactly when it said A real ease to do business with experience Would definately recommend both product and service

I ordered an item that was faulty and needless to say was very disappointed but when I contacted Jackie at Customer Service she quickly sorted out the issue and was amazing I would highly commend Jackie and her Customer Service team at Teamson UK who were so quick to respond and so helpful I wouldn t hesitate to order from this company in the future Thank you Jackie
