Very happy with our deep clean by Ali and Smiles Due to allergies asthma etc in the household we asked for no strong and fragranced detergents to be used Ali and Smiles followed these instructions to the letter and did a fantastic clean even though it is harder without strong detergents They finished multiple rooms and areas inc steam cleaning in just over 2h very quick and thorough Recommended

Excellent and courteous service

Excellent service from Yusuf and his colleague The venetian blinds were particularly challenging so we were delighted to get them cleaned Yusuf initially thought the job would take 3hours but he worked on until he was satisfied with the work We are now able to put the property on the market

I contacted this company for a full tenancy cleaning I loved that everything was done at once including a deep carpet cleaning The team was really quick to give me a quote shared a clear and serious invoice and on the day they arrived on time and done the job so perfectly I got my whole deposit back I will definitely contact them again

Deep clean

The two ladies who cleaned for me arrived earlier than expected at 08 00 which was not a problem and they had travelled from Birmingham to Hereford They were incredibly thorough and professional not even stopping for tea or coffee but brought their own water as well They did an incredible job in record time and I have no problem in recommending them at all The company itself kept in touch a couple of days before advising time and date I would certainly use them again

My uncle died a year ago and the house hadn t been touched this company came in to do a deep clean and what a difference it looks great The kitchen and bathroom were exceptionally bad but they have done an amazing job Thank you to all the team

Five star job from Jose and his team of one Great communication after booking with a clear outline of what was included this was an end of tenancy clean - we d booked it for our mum s house to get it clean for when she came home from hospital and short term care Great team and they finished the two bed bungalow in 3 hours to a fantastic standard Looks and smells fresh and clean The shower and all the tiling is sparkling and the huge job of cleaning inside the kitchen cupboards was superb Thanks - would definitely recommend

Ismile and Ali did a fabulous job and were lovely and professional They cleaned several years worth of grime and did an especially good job on our oven which went from filthy to spotless We got our deposit back with no deductions thank you

Excellent Friendly professional and very clear and fair about pricing Did a whole house deep clean ahead of a probate sale and Mostafa and his team did a great job Steamed the carpets spotless oven tops of curtains etc worth hiring in professionals sometimes
