Deep cleaning - Mahdi and his partner

We had a messy rental flat and Mahdi and his partner did an excellent job to clean I would give a 5 star if they were not late for an hour understandable but would appreciate a pre warning Customer Service was excellent always quick to respond and update the situation within 10 minutes I suggest keep an eye during the work especially late in the process anything missing just point out and get it done For an occupied space it is very easy to get small things overlooked and cleaners are on tight schedule and they don t know the place as the owner You can either pay by cash or do bank transfer Be mindful it is owner s responsibility to sort out parking I will definitely use them again

Very hard working polite guys Thorough deep clean on a very dirty property Oven looked brand new after and bathrooms were immaculate at a very reasonable price Would recommend company

Honest review on 2 bed house -Booked an end-of-tenancy clean as I was getting ready to sell my house I had a phone call 10 mins before the appointment to say they were running late due to roadworks which I thought was great that they let me know The clean was outstanding they did a fantastic job Everything had been completed to a very high standard My only criticism is that I hadn t had any information who was coming eg names etc Would have been nice to know names rather than cleaners

Reliable service

The property was really dusty after having the walls replastered very much in need of a post builders basic clean The cleaners worked hard hoovering and wiping things down In addition using this company really took the hassle out of finding the right local cleaners I will use Hello Services again

Brilliant company

Brilliant company they had to rearrange my appointment The staff did a brilliant job but didn t pull out clear behind two Chesterdraws Apart from that more than happy would use them again recommend them to family friends

Good Experience

Got them to steam clean my family home a couple of months ago The team I had were really fantastic Zaher Alexander and their Trainee Mo When they arrived they were able to steam clean out a staircase carpet that was covered in years worth of cat urine and dust As well as part of my futon The men were helpful and very efficient with their work

Great experience with tenancy cleaning

Ali and smile came to my flat earlier than I expect but it s good for both of us They clean my house effectively and they are both friendly They brushed and cleaned almost every corner with dusts which made me a better place to move in Before that this flat was to dirty to tolerant They promptly cleaned some of the still dirty corners I found as I asked I appreciate their efforts

Omar Shafiq did our end of tenancy clean They did a really good job Everything was cleaned to our satisfaction There were some mouldy areas where I could see that the guys tried to remove everything and gave us recommendations on how to remove the mould completely

Ismael and Ali were prompt professional and reassuring They provided excellent customer and cleaning services I would use them again in future if I need another round of house cleaning

After building work clean

Our house was a complete mess after months of building work Downstairs was covered in brick dust and upstairs was suffering from us preparing and eating all our meals with a toddler in the bedrooms Ismile and Ali did a brilliant job of making the place sparkling clean in just a few hours and they even were thoughtful enough to do it all without chemicals with my little girl in mind Definitely worth the money and would certainly employ again
