Poor cleaning

The 2 people that cleaned my flat appeared hard working at the time The inside of the windows in the 2 bedrooms and living room were done well however the window in the kitchen wasn t cleaned However the kitchen was not cleaned well at all I have just went to clean the cupboards again and I have made it a lot cleaner than what the cleaners left it I am not impressed by the cleaning in the kitchen window not cleaned cover of extractor fan not cleaned top of cupboards not cleaned etc The doors were not cleaned either and after me giving them a clean it was apparent that they were not touched during the cleaning The light switches were also not cleaned properly Overall I am not happy with the cleaning that was done apart from the windows

Not using again

Only the bathroom was cleaned when I paid over 200 for full end of tenancy cleaning including the oven fridge cupboards everything Might end up having to spend even more money on another company to fix what they left The windows were not cleaned even though stated in the quote or any skirting boards Our landlords are very upset with this service we used and we may lose our deposit because of the long hours they are now spending cleaning the rest Will not be using again

Failure to put right a wrong

The overall clean was quite good I think reading other reviews I was lucky they were professional however I paid for a deep clean of the oven and had my deposit deducted as there was still carbon throughout I sent them the photos and was told that their policy is to offer a reclean not practical and that it had been over 72hrs since the clean so they couldn t help There s no mention on their website of this policy and it goes against the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Disappointing Certainly what described on the website as making the oven like-new wasn t to be seen The complaints department is one guy and it s very difficult to contact him

Rude cleaner and customer support unreliable

Cleaner on the day was late and very rude he even threatened to leave without cleaning because his map was sending him 2 km away from the flat Afterwards there were problems for which we had to get in touch with the agency and this was another drama The customer support sometimes took 3 days to get back to me which delayed the return of my deposit for 2 weeks Really would not recommend

The cleaning is not through enough having defects that need to be cleaned again

We used this company for both an end of tenancy clean on a rented flat and a new house clean Both properties were empty There was certainly no Wow factor I honestly felt I could have done a better job When the management company for the flat checked the cleaning they were appalled The carpets had not been cleaned to a professional standard I am trying to get a refund from the company as they did not provide the services I paid for

Poor cleaning but decent communication

Mas was responsive and helpful with enquiries quotation and arrangement of service Unfortunately however we received complaints from our landlord and agent regarding poor standards of cleaning Specifically complaints regarding sink limescale a filthy oven despite paying additional for this and ridiculous amounts of dust We have had our deposit deducted as a result Mas processed a refund for the oven but we were unable to get additional refund or re-clean as the complaint came in after the 7 day guarantee The delay in complaint is more so the fault of our landlord but cleaning by this service is not up to standard and very disappointing for the price I paid

Why does Tenancy Cleaning REPLY TO POOR RATED FEEDBACK Only reply to 5 Stars I was looking for a cleaning company I will not use this one No answers to complaints puts me off I do hope ALL who complained Files a claim in courts for the money paid out Returned by Order of a court AND Please Take PHOTO s of Before and After contract day to prove cleaning is done to a bad level

I had a 1 bed ap to clean

I had a 1 bed ap to clean 2 ladies showed up and did a decent job for 2h - 182 pounds paid considering how dirty my tennant was for a perfect clean probably a 3rd cleaner woulf have been needed but for the price i paid i am happy with the service

Professional and very thorough

Easy to book I am really happy with the end of tenancy cleaning job They were both very thorough and helpful Thanks to them we didn t have any problem with the letting agent
