Alex stayed on the phone with me for well over an hour trying to fix the issue of why I could not purchase one month of internet Everything we worked on continued to give me an error I was able to get the two hour plan but could not purchase the one month plan I tried 3 different cards to no avail As a courtesy Alex credited my account with the one month fee and I was able to get the internet

Initially I couldn t figure out how to hook up but called customer service and the reprehensive was very supportive and patient while walking me through process I also received a phone call the next day to check up on how things were going

On Saturday September 24 I called Tengo from our RV park to get assistance with connecting an older tablet Curtis was pleasant and professional and in a matter of minutes resolved my issue and I was connected I continue to be impressed with the technical support Thank you

Excellent customer service

I spoke with Alex V because I was unable to get a Wi-Fi connection for several hours He suggested a couple things to try and when they failed he determined that the problem could be stemming from a situation on the property where I live He told me he would call the property office to find out more The individual he needed to speak with wasn t available so he called again later and succeeded in contacting her He did call me back as promised and informed me that the problem was what he suspected It was caused by a situation that needed to be dealt with on the property which he determined was now resolved Alex V then navigated me through the settings on my device to get me reconnected He was very helpful and I appreciate that he was willing to follow through with doing what was necessary in order to get my Wi-Fi reconnected
