Bought TGI Friday BBQ Pork Ribs 450g I wouldn t recommend them They should just be called BBQ Ribs because there was hardly any pork What pork that was present was sparse wasn t particularly tender and TGI Friday should reconsider putting there name to this very poor quality substandard product Bought from Asda Huyton Expensive and disappointing

Unbelievably expensive 38 for a mixed grill Staff are nice enough but seem to have been briefed to hide the special offers We had to actively research then ask for the Uptown Downtown menu which seemed to be hidden behind the bar Food was then stone cold had to be remade which meant that we ate in two groups which didn t make for the best birthday experience for our daughter This is low quality fast-food at exclusive restaurant prices no wonder the place was empty

Booked online for TGIF s at the 02 - 5 15pmArrived to discover people still waiting for their tables booked for 4pm The staff were not very bright and kept bumping people out of the time queue People booked for 5pm were being seating before the 4pm diners Needless to say this caused some heated conversations Finally seated after 55 minutes The menu is very small but the food still came out cold and I had raw bacon on mine Sent it back Returned with cooked bacon but cold chips Gave up Ate what we could begrudgingly paid bill and left - never to return

Went to TGI Brighton marina last night waitress was very nice but waited one and hour hours for burger and chips had to ask where food was and told only 2 chefs working and HUGE backlog in kitchen orders Food was nice but would have expected to have bill halved for such a long wait but only got offered a free dessert but as waited so long for main course staff clearing up around us so took slice of chocolate cake home wasn t tasty Won t go back again and spend 25 on principal

We visited TGI Fridays in Stevenage today and what a waste of time and money The service was shocking so slow after 20 minutes I had to ask for our drinks our food was wrong cold bland soggy and it s so overpriced Used to love it 10 years ago Definitely wouldn t consider returning again what a sad sorry atmosphere the only positive is they didn t add a service charge

Decided to go and have dinner at TGI s in Stevenage last night when we arrived there were around 4 or 5 tables We stood by the entrance opposite the bar and could see that one of the waitresses had seen us we waited a few minutes before another one came and sat us We looked at the menus given and had our drinks order taken we then ordered our starters shortly after and then our mains So far so good Once we had finished our food we sat there for a while so had to flag down the waitress to get the dessert menu - at this point we were the only customers in there We happened to mention that we had a free dessert voucher each and wanted to know what desserts were included She said that we could only use one voucher not two I said that we were going to pay separately anyway and it states per transaction on the voucher not per table She got a little flustered and said that she had to check with the kitchen and see what desserts they could make as they close early during the week - this was at 8 40pm slightly thrown off by this I asked her to see what they have and then to let us know before we decide on something they cannot make have A few seconds go by and another girl shows up at our table she grabs the desserts menu and asks so what do you want for dessert to which I reply well we were told the kitchen is closing so we asked to be advised what they can make so we can decide she then said we can t give you two free desserts you can only use one voucher per table The tills will not let us do that to which my friend replied but we are paying separately so surely you can add it on as a separate transaction and bill she got very flustered very quickly Before I could mention that I had been here only a few months ago with a group of friends where we all had vouchers and this was no problem she stormed off with the menus and we were left sitting at the table not being acknowledged for 5 minutes before again we had to flag down the girl that served us for bill I then asked I guess you have no desserts and she responded with a smirk the dessert machine is broken Needless to say even after we had said we wanted to pay separately one bill came so my mate paid the bill in one and I transferred him the money I will not be back there This is by far the worst interaction I ve had with your staff and thus far I ve never had the need to raise it however last night really was a terrible experience and your staff need to be trained on how to actually provide decent service even when it is quiet Also as we were leaving another 2 guests came in funny how the kitchen was closing for us but you could seat and serve another 2 people Make it make sense PS the girl that served us what Violet who up until the dessert malarkey was brilliant and the other girl who had an attitude like no other was Grace The food was nice so cudos to the kitchen staff If anything I would really like to know why a group of us could use vouchers with no problems whatsoever but 2 of us could not Please re-train your staff and how to explain this better to a customer than walking off in a huff mumbling and leaving the customer sitting at the table WAITING to be acknowledged

I am writing to share my disappointment with the experience my party and I had at your Sheffield Road location on December 30 2024 We had a reservation for four at 8 30 PM When we arrived we were left waiting to be seated for an extended period During this time other people leaving the restaurant informed us that the menu was severely limited which raised immediate concerns Upon inquiry a staff member confirmed that there was no draught or bottled beer no chicken no steak and limited availability of other food items By this time it was close to 9 00 PM and none of us had eaten Given that the restaurant in our nearby hotel was already closed we were left scrambling to find alternative arrangements We were ultimately forced to order an Uber and rush to Frankie Benny s to salvage the evening adding unexpected costs and stress This experience left us extremely frustrated and disappointed particularly as it followed a long day and was meant to be a pleasant meal before checking into our hotel I fail to understand how a restaurant can operate without basic food and drink availability especially during the busy holiday season

Leicester Square Visited this restaurant on Friday 22nd November 4 adults celebrating 2 special birthdays I advised on booking the reason for the visit and that we had travelled from Liverpool to London for the celebration and wanted it to be a special evening 2 meals were cold when highlighted to the staff I was told they would be willing to microwave them I was told that no management were available for me to speak to and no apology given nor did we get a discount even though the meals were almost totally left uneaten I have complained twice via the website and rung twice but to no avail Atrocious food service and attitude Spoilt our evening Avoid at all cost

Paid quite a big deposit to reserve a table the table was booked for 11 people for a birthday Sat for well over half an hour before I prompted staff to take a drinks order Food was mostly okay however the macaroni cheese ordered well I d like to know where the cheese was Overpriced and overrated The deposit paid was not taken off my bill and I m still waiting for my money a week later after being told it was automated Poor customer service phone just hangs up Will not be visiting again The only positive was the slice of birthday cake and song

Ordered TGIs delivery Food turned up missing fries sauces and the smash burger was dripping in saturated black grease I wouldn t feed this crap to my pets No wonder they re going bust all the time Truly awful
