Went there Friday evening for a take out 2 paints and 2 chicken tagos 37 00 ihave to say it was nice but little bit over priced for you got went the Saturday as well again little bit over priced

We visited this week as a treat the food was great and we had no issues however i could not believe the price For two mains and two drinks we paid over 60 for two of us No starters desserts or alcohol They claim it s happy hour all day everyday which it is but one cocktail is 16 which is A LOT

Went to Prestwich yesterday for the wife s birthday We decided we d go for the bottomless brunch What they brought us was 3 dishes of starters We had 3 stuffed potato skins about 12 chicken nuggets and half a dozen nachos with cheese and guacamole Given that we were told there would be no more food it sort of takes the p out of the bottomless brunch title Something smells of false advertising to me When I mentioned this to the lad serving us he totally agreed

Adenike at Stratford Westfield TGI was a pleasant server but at first she had a bit of an attitude As someone with allergies the food took wayyyyy too long to come But still the food and cocktails were superb as usual

I like TGI s but our last 2 visits to the Derby branch the wait was unforgiving had to walk out on the last occasion as was ignored for almost 50 minutes Such a shame as always like going and the kids do too

Went to the Croydon branch for my mums birthday at her request Reviews were not good so I wasn t particularly looking forward to it but went along with it anyway There were 8 of us and a baby so we were sat on two separate tables Disappointing there wasn t a larger table available for everyone Then waited 45 mins for our order to be taken only because I flagged a waitress down Not even a drink order was taken before that Food was ok though expensive for what it was I asked for a piece of birthday cake for my mum twice Got it eventually Unfortunately we won t be returning

The food particularly the vegan chicken strips in Jack daniels sauce is absolutely delicious but the service in every restaurant I ve been to is extremely slow I m always waiting at the entrance to get seated for ages before someone notices me I ve been to derby Sheffield and Nottingham and their always the same

Cribs Causeway Bristol Really poor meal quality low waitress blamed by kitchen for messed up understand Reality is the lady in the kitchen in charge of final check should be more capable this fact was agreed with by the Manager who was apologetic of the service we received Holly the manager was very professional and a credit who was doing her best

We went to Sutton Coldfield branch on Sunday 11 08 24 Two of the tables we were offered had VERY sticky seats so we went and found our own cleaner table When i tried to pick up my napkin it was stuck to a sticky spot on the table The service was extremely slow despite the place being almost empty People behind us were making a complaint and the manager refused to come out and speak to them Terrible service HOWEVER I have to say that our waiter Terrell made the whole visit worthwhile He was cheerful throughout very apologetic about slow service and stayed beyond his leaving time to make sure everything we ordered was correct He s an asset to this business and I hope they value him as such when the food finally arrived it was lovely

First off when we entered the restaurant the greeting was on point and we were sat immediately However the seat and the table were clearly not cleaned so the waitress cleaned the seat with her hand and moved the table to suit us However on doing this she disturbed a mouse who ran up by another table where a group of girls was sitting one of the girl proceeded to scream and jump on the table and subsequently ran out and left The team inclusive of the Supervisor came to investigate and found nothing so they cleaned up the tables and left Our server was on point There was no blender in the restaurant although they advertised Blended cocktails and the cocktails we ordered Pornstar Martini was sweetened syrup and tasted horrible it was our money so we finished it The server came and asked how service was and we told them they gave us complementary drinks of coke Lemonade and that tasted like soda water The food portions was ridiculous for the price and we ended up paying the full bill its a lesson We will never be going to any TGI ever again
