Speed of service left a lot to be desired

Having booked a table for 4 at 18 00hrs and arrived 10 minutes early we finally received our drinks at 18 40 We took our two grandsons with us who were extremely patient and well behaved which was a good job as it was a further 18 minutes before our food arrived which was just warm and disappointing When we complained at the end of the meal they offered a 25 discount and put it down to there being a football match

Allergy Alert My first choices of foasn t able

My first choices of food I wasn t able to have as I am allergic to crustaceans and was informed that the meals are oozed in the same fat Surely in this day and age with peoples problems with allergies that fish should be cooked in one fryer and meat in a different one Surely Vegans would an annoyed at this information I will not be visiting again soon as my choice was very limited This is a world wide chain with a poor attitude to people s allergies This could end up with someone becoming very ill and in worse case scenario dying The company needs to be more responsible and sensitive

What absolutely no Shrimp or ribs But this is a rib restaurant it s advertised outside

The kids booked this restaurant about a week and a half in advance Combined Celebration of grandkids birthdays and family gatherings No arguments just good but unhealthy cardio busting food and catch-up conversations Waitress brought menu s drinks ordered mouthwatering looking forward to shrimp starter ribs main I get round to ordering No shrimp No ribs Absolutely none nada ziltch loads of chicken though funny but I didn t want chicken Regardless everyone still had a good time But really TGI Friday on a Saturday midday busiest day I imagine and half your menu ain t there really

Massively overpriced poor quality

Went to Cheadle Royal site taking my Grandaughter and daughter The waitress assigned to us was lovely friendly and attentive and unfortunately that s where the good stuff ends The food was poor and massively overpriced - 27 50 for a rib rack - 10 for a glass of cheap red wine - my Granddaughters child burger was stale bread cold burger and too tough to eat with sweet potato fries that had been overcooked turning to mush 100 bill for 2 meals Granddaughters was Free lol the irony

Not very good

Got to the restaurant with 3 others the restaurant was empty only 3 other tables of people and over 15 empty we got served drinks immediately however our food took 40 minutes and was sitting under the heat lamp for 15 minutes while we waited on it When we got it it wasn t very hot and also the food wasn t great TGI fridays does better boxed food from Iceland Really expensive for a mediocre meal

Food fine service digusting

Visited Durham restaurant yesterday Waited at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us waiting to be seated Placed our order and food arrived after about 20minutes At no time during our time did anyone ask us if we needed sauces More drinks dessert the bill or in fact interact with us at all No one asked if food was fine We noticed that the tables next to us were constantly given drink refills had food replaced when they said it didn t suit were asked if it was anyone s birthday and over and over asked if everything was OK Awful experience won t be back rightly or wrongly we felt this had something to do with skin colour it was so blatant

Worst value restaurant in all of

Worst value restaurant in all of Cardiff Won t be back again Food is low quality and small portions but high priced same with drinks Cocktails were watered down but the same price as a high quality cocktail bar

MENU PORTION SIZE

Limited choice on menu Small portions not a filling meal 12 year old granddaughter had adult portion then required sandwiches when home Staff are very attentive without been over the top FIVE stars for staff exceptional service

Can t handle big group bookings

Can t handle big group bookings Don t have time to accommodate charity outings charities who are paying 20 per head not to mention belittling customers in front of their staff The only positive thing I can say is that all the young staff are very good and polite Not sure about the management at the Glasgow franchise though I won t be back

while the pork ribs where very nice

while the pork ribs where very nice the Bq Sauce was over kill too much and far too strong and the price for 3 people 3 cokes and just 3 meals around 120 they have definetly priced them selves out of the market
