Outstanding service at Bluewater restaurant

I visited the Bluewater branch with a severely Autistic young person The staff were very helpful but in particular staff members Vikki and Trina Vikki kindly sat us in a booth suitable to our needs being very patient with us Trina was our server She is an absolute credit to the company So patient and kind - she went above and beyond to ensure our visit was positive Thanks so much for making a stressful day a lot easier It s nice to be nice

Went to The TGI s at Birstall retail

Went to The TGI s at Birstall retail park for lunch with our son and had a lovely meal Us parents ordered the wall to wall chicken and our son ordered steak frites and the food was amazing All hot really flavoursome and the portions were massive Had fantastic friendly service by a lovely lady called Pat who was very attentive asking us if the food was ok and topping up our soft drinks whenever she saw we were low at no extra cost as they were free refills She was lovely polite and really friendly and when my partner told her he worked for TGI s in his younger days she told her manager Stephen who came up for a chat also and was really lovely he even gave my other half a store pin for old times sake Fantastic restaurant definitely going back again lovely people

Amazing bottomless brunch

We arrived for bottomless brunch In Durham early We were seated immediately and offered drinks Soon after food order was taken and delivered in impeccable time and great presentation The drinks kept flowing management were OUTSTANDING We definitely had our money s worth Thank you for a fabulous experience We will be back xxx

Served by the amazing Nicholas alias Spider today at the Norwich store What an absolute star he is Attentive helpful patient Nothing was too much trouble and what an asset to TFI he is Food was great Atmosphere wonderful and our mum daughter evening was made all the more lovely for having such an ace waiter

We visit TGI Friday s often Cheadle in Cheshire is our preferred restaurant as the service always seems to be better there Our favourite waitress is Laura who always goes out of her way unlike most waiting on staff these days She has got to know us and looks after us Also the Manager Gabrielle who takes my gluten free order is very pleasant and understands my food concerns Thank you guys and keep up the good work Lisa Redfern-Webb and Neill Redfern
