So am I just unlucky Or are the professional administrators incompetent
placed an order on 25th March money taken immediately chased on 1st May got a reply on 12th May apologising and promising to email when despatch took place which never came lodged complaint on 19th May and finally today 30th June I have an email apologising once again and promising to chase their courier for a parcel that they seemingly they have not yet sent So Covid is indeed slowing things down but it is now over 3 months since I placed my order and Book People clearly have not got a clue what has happened to my order That in my book is INCOMPETENCE and seemingly professional incompetence at that
