absolutely love love love this company

absolutely love love love this company i m sooo sad to hear it s fallen into administration since the announcement i ve placed 2 orders with them to help them out both arrived quickly and well packed providing hours and hours of reading for my little one Many companies who go into administration happily continue to take money without sending the goods - these guys ahve been very clear and honest and every order placed right now pays the teams wages Just a brilliant company offering outstanding value for money and reward loyalty with extra discounts I hope a buyer is found

Brilliant service

I have been meaning to write this review since Christmas It was my fault to have ordered the wrong year for a set of books Customer services were brilliant Gave me a return label to print books were picked up by Hermes and the correct books arrived in time for Christmas I cannot explain just how wonderful that was Thank you so much I will not use any other company from now on

Brilliant Amazing book selection great prices sometimes a few individual book prices are comparable to supermarket discounted prices So convenient here and beautiful box sets Bought in bulk stocked up for the next year picking selections stepping up the kids age guides free standard delivery arrived in mint condition in 3 boxes all by the same Hermes driver at the same time about 3 days after clicking buy - what s not to like Been gushing about it with similarly impressed parents in the playground Excellent

Have to say I cannot fault this website they are absolutely brilliant I have bought quite a few books and my grandchildren love them Great quality well wrapped and fast delivery I will be ordering more for the christmas period as they also send offers too through my email Would further like to add they also supply to the schools

I called the office last week after I had found out about the liquidation to be told my books would be delivered 27 03 2020 and here we are 27 03 2020 and my books have just been delivered I have used them for a lot of years and have never been disappointed

Fantastic company with wide range of different products I always get books art stuff calendarsand games from the Book People The prices are always fantastic and the delivery is always quick too I especially love that I can sign up to my sons school and small percentage of the order goes to his school for books for their library

I have been a happy customer for years With recent news and bad review I really hesitated about placing another order but decided to try and placed an order late Monday night and it has arrived complete by Wednesday lunch time Am very satisfied and really hope that they keep somehow trading

Superb company excellent value

Love love love this company Have been using for a number of years Excellent range of books at superb prices Have used for fiction and history books mainly though have bought some wonderful books for my 6 year old niece also I can t wait for my newborn to be old enough to start enjoying their collection Quick delivery great customer service

problem solved

I would like to say my problem is solved Money refunded Although there is some problem with the delivery which is not recoverable but this the response from Bookpeople here ar trustpilot is quick and efficient I would like to change my previous review but I could not edit the old one somehow sorry for that so I would like to give a 5 star to book people Thanks to Hannah for the quick response and efficient action to solve problem
