Ordered over 8 weeks ago now 40 as lots in the sale i work in a school ordered for little goodbye gifts to year 6 i am so unhappy that delivery keep changing from 3 5 then 7 wks - then i get an email after 7 weeks to state dispatched all items - but no tracking and it keeps stating awaiting parcel so it has not been dispatched they took the money straight away - i know i won t ever get the goods they don t answer any emails and phone cuts off when called any idea how to claim money back if i contact my bank very disapointed as have been a loyal customer for years this feels like robbery shouldn t of taken orders etc

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered on the 2nd of March received email saying order way being packed a week later rang two weeks later and the girl on the phone said they were having issue in the warehouse but my order would be delivered in a week or two 7 weeks now and still nothing has arrived and no answer to my emails

Order never received

I placed an order in March and was told it would take several weeks i contacting the Book people in May then in June and was again told to wait a couple more weeks I finally received-what I thought was good news that my order was shipped with a tracking ref through Yodel I clicked on the tracking link only to find out the goods weren t with the courier yet and that I should check back later I called and called and never received this order Absolutely frustrating as I can t even get a refund or talk to anyone from the company

Ordered with priority delivery 6 95 for up to 48 hours 4 days later and not even a shipping email Their website has closed down as has all their social media accounts Very suspicious Not getting replies to emails either Understandably there are delays at the minute but don t offer next day delivery if you can fulfil it and certainly don t close down all your social media

15 weeks waiting for now parcel and no refund

15 weeks I have been waiting for my order and I understand it s now a heroes issue but I have received no correspondence no parcel and no refunds Now they have closed their offices and are still nicely in possession of my money This is a joke and there is no way to complain or contact anyone Terrible service called 6 times leading up to closure with no help

Waiting since March 2nd Never got a confirmation email so cannot even remember what I ordered at this stage Got through to customer service - she said they are dispatching in no particular order and aim to have the warehouse empty by mid May Hardly expect them to turn up at this stage

Would give no stars if I could I placed my order on 28 2 order was confirmed and was told 7-14days delivery money was taken from my account on 29 2 I ve email asking if I ll receive my order and after 2weeks finally got an email back saying all orders will be dispatched 6weeks on still no delivery Definitely worst company I ve used

Placed order on 23rd March 2020 Still waiting over 7 weeks gone I can t get into my account but they sent email stating not to worry and deliveries can take up to 7 weeks During the wait I ve seen these posts and realise they went into receivership at Christmas So why were people after that getting emails enticing them to order Stealing money from innocent people under false pretences is a crime I ve written them an email but doubt like everyone else they ll reply so in a week I m going to do a chargeback on my card I I informed them of this too Very unprofessional they put out emails enticing people to buy when they knew they were closing

They took my money without saying they had gone into administration last year I ordered at the beginning of March but have not received anything or been able to get a response from any of the customer service routes I spent over 45 on nothing Administrators should not be able to take money for things they cannot deliver This isn t about the lovely staff its about directors continuing to sell stuff they cant even deliver I am so annoyed and I want my money back

This is not a closing down sale it s theft

This is not a closing down sale this is theft of people s money for orders that they dont seem to ever be able to fulfil I ve been waiting over 8 weeks for my order At the time of ordering it said to expect to wait 3-4 weeks No response to emails I understand the challenges they are facing due to redundancies COVID etc But if they cannot communicate with customers to offer some reassurance that their orders will eventually be received then this is completely immoral
