Long wait but worth it

I placed two orders on the 18th of March and after a very long wait they have both arrived today All the items have been delivered off both orders and the quality is really good I have used the book people for such a long time it s such a shame they won t be with us much longer

Finally received my order from March 4th

Update- I just had my big order from March 4th delivered in 2 separate boxes Didnt have any dispatching email so it was a surprise to receive them Everything bar one thing was delivered and all in excellent condition Just waiting for my second order from March 23rd to arrive now Thank you book people for fulfilling my order Edit- the one missing item just arrived in a separate package so every item I ordered has arrived

Slow delivery and no reply to my email but to be expected with all that s going on and all the staff lost so I thought I d just wait My two orders from the 14th 15th March arrived today One day off 12 weeks Bargain prices Happy it got to me eventually Thank you

I have enjoyed shopping with you It is a shame that you have gone I will have to try a little harder in future for Christmas birthday presents My order of early March was completed on the 29th of April 6 books unavailable and refunded today Ignoring the issues of my last order due to administration and covid i have enjoyed shopping with you and wish the staff all the best for the future

Finally it has arrived

Placed an order on March 20 and it arrived today After almost 2 months waiting finally my ordered arrived all in one parcel and all in brilliant new condition Received dispatch confirmation just yesterday almost jumped for joy So happy my order has arrived and my kids are all very excited With their new stuff Great bargains I had as most of it are clearance items I will miss ordering from the bookpeople as its really good value Thanks for fulfilling my order Thanks for all the staffs hardwork and good luck on your next endeavour

Ordered on the 10th March was expecting to have to try and get a refund No replies to emails phone calls This morning my parcel arrived 1 item out of stock so expecting a refund no dispatch email Glad it s finally arrived

My wife placed an order for books in

My wife placed an order for books in March and the money payment was deducted from her account nine weeks ago No books have arrived She tried to call them on a number of occasions without success It is mid-June now and I can confirm that the order has been received Thank you It does appear that all is well but accept an unusually long delay My advice to the company would be to drop the buyer a line to keep them updated and avoid complaints Communication Despite the aggro we will miss them

I ordered books on the 3rd March

I ordered books on the 3rd March for about 90 for my classroom They all arrived last week in two separate boxes I was also very worried about receiving my order and was told that it would take 4 weeks then 7 weeks to receive them Hopefully everyone who is waiting will receive their orders soon

Received 2 3 of the books Expecting the rest tomorrow

Made a big order of children books on March 18th Despatched in 5 shipments Received 4 today and the last one is with Herms and expected tomorrow Seems they are fulfilling the orders Very long wait though

Books arrived

Ordered books beginning of March and they turned up on 22nd May For all those still waiting they seem to be fulfilling orders Obviously the delay is due to lack of staff they let some go at beg of year the sheer scale of orders received from customers cashing in on the discounts and I am sure working to pack orders during Covid 19 didn t help I wish all the staff who are losing their jobs the best for the future I will miss Book People which I have been using for many years
