I am still waiting for an order placed 6 March but am still hopeful It s such a shame that the company has closed as I have been using them for many many years and absolutely loved the range and the low prices they offered More recently have been using them for my grandchild s books and they have been perfect so very very sad to see them go Still 5 stars even though the delivery wait is very long

The books I ordered in March from The Book People closing down sale have just arrived so please be patient if you are waiting for your order Once again all books are of excellent quality and amazing value for money I am going to miss this company a great deal

Thank you Book People My order was placed on March 18th 2020 and delivered today I received a box full of lovely products for my granddaughters The value for money is tremendous So a very long wait but a big thank you to Book People employees probably working in very difficult times and circumstances Jill Gilbert

Thank you so much for sending my order I placed my order on the 26th of February and I received it today This people are amazing Even they went into administration they are still fulfilling all existing orders God bless you

Order coming today

My order placed on 1st march has been dispatched with expected delivery today It has been 7 weeks like they said but this is due to being in administration and covid-19 They ARE fulfilling orders and the timescale is what they have said

Would recommend to others

Great products at such an affordable price Only downside due to covid 19 it took 3 months for my order to arrive But otherwise couldn t be happier with what I got

Ordered books on 13th March as hadn t realised they were closing and tbf the books etc arrived yesterday so although a long wait they have obviously worked hard to honour the order and I m very grateful thanks

After almost three months I finally

After almost three months I finally received my parcel yesterday just a day after I got an email telling me it had been dispatched Three items were missing which is not that many considering I ordered around 25 items My daughter was double happy since she already forgot what she had ordered I will miss the Book People Most of the books in our house were bought from them

You WILL get your orders - have faith

You WILL get your orders please just be patient I placed three huge orders back in February 19th 21st and 25th I have now received two of my orders with the third on the way I know it s very frustrating I often thought about just getting a refund and even contacted TBP and PayPal about doing so However I decided to stick it out and will have all of my orders by the end of the week Please have faith - they have always been a brilliant company with hard working staff Considering the current circumstances with administration and Covid-19 it s a miracle that they are operating at all You will get your orders just give it time

Great quality books at low prices

I had read some bad reviews recently however my experience has always been excellent so I had no doubts this time either Deliveries were always quick Recently delivery time has gone up but my delivery arrived exactly when it was intended I expect with the massive price cuts they are receiving huge amounts of orders with half the staff My confirmation email took a while to arrive but as expected it did The books I received were immaculate and as described an absolute steal for what I paid
