Products good customer service not so good

I always buy my perfumes aftershaves from the fragrance shop the discounts are fantastic I recently had to return one of the aftershaves back to the store and I m still waiting for the refund I have called the store and the sales assistant that answered the phone was very rude when I queries why I haven t had the refund It s made me very wary now to order from them even though I have vouchers still left to use due to the poor customer services

Whilst the product was as described and of good quality It did not arrive on the day expected Hence it has been re-designated by me as a NYD gift rather than the christmas present it was intended to be No real major concern on this occasion considering everything else I ordered arrived in good time

Someone behind me in the queue was asked if they were a member given a discount I wasn t asked but made a point of asking It is easy to forget membership if you haven t used it for a while Would have been better if a gift set as it was expensive At least offered samples Previously I bought one in that range which came as a gift set and with samples

While shopping in the store in Birmingham in the bullring I was greeted by a woman not so kindly I was shopping for a Christmas present for my partner and was really looking for some help she just stared at me like she wanted me to hurry up and make a decision not much help at all and then once I ve gotten to the till instead of making sure the end of service is good she just puts it through tells me it s on the card reader and turns to have a conversation with her colleagues She doesn t tell me to have a good day or even acknowledge that it s gone through I wouldn t want to shop here again as the service isn t up to par

Good shop but could do more to ensure bottles are clean

I usually go into the shop rather than online so I can see all of the in store offers The cashiers always greet me and ask me if I need any help and I just say I m browsing I had already decided I d buy the Carolina Herrera Bad Boy Dazzling Garden for 70 down from 92 which was a good price Unfortunately upon opening the aftershave even though it was sealed the bottle was incredibly dusty and dirty and it just didn t feel new or nice

Great price with voucher code decent delivery to Scotland day later than advised though Needs better packaging the cellophane covering for the perfume box was scuffed from rattling loose around the large box about 20x15x10cms without any packing material inside it

Expected more value

Limited gift sets available 20mins later I found the Same product at Superdrug nearly 20 cheaper Expected more from a focused supplier to be fair My rating has no bearing on the helpful staff Thanks for serving me when very busy 5

The TFS membership is well worth it customer service is bad

The TFS membership scheme is very good and well worth the prices Its better to do it online rather then instore as iv noticed theres limited variety and theres more offers available online The quality authenticity and prices are fantastic at TFS However the customer service has really let me down a few times hence the 3 stars I had to cancel a order online i realised i made a mistake as soon as i put it through 1 there is no cancel order option even though it is stated in the FAQS 2 the live chat facility is ridiculous it kept giving me automated unnecessary answers to questions i haven t even asked yet 3 i emailed them more then 6 times to cancel the order immediately before it is dispatched to no response until 3 days later saying sorry we are unable to cancel ur order it has already been dispatched i had already received the order by the time they got back to me fair do on the exceptional fast delivery though but then i had the inconvenience of going in to the store and returning the item myself all this frustrating situation could have been avoided if the customer service responed on time had a cancel option on the order itself and maybe had humans instead of robots on the chat facilities anyway i would still shop here for the prices and variety of perfumes

Chose click and collect message came up saying return to shop in 60 mins then arrived to be told it s 3-5 working days therefor missed Christmas Staff were nice enough price was average
