They only had 30 ml bottles of the perfume I requested i then purchased alternative perfume only after the purchase was informed that they didn t have any gift bags I had to settle for a small plastic bag for my purchase it was Christmas after all

The wrong item was delivered and took over 2 weeks to get a refund eventually at a local store The Advent Calendar was not worth the money paid basically every day was a sample and one day they even placed a 10 off when you spend 60 voucher Really disappointed and not impressed

i had gone to the fragrence shop in preston fishergate site i had asked if they had got valentino s uomo intense and the cashier had told me they don t have it on display however they could order it to be mailed to my house i had payed and waited three days to only open the package and get the valentino born in roma which i could of just got behind counter as it was on display

Poor slow customer service I ordered selected an address on the payment platform which the site did not acknowledge I noticed the shipping address was going elsewhere wrote to customer service a few hours after placing the order before the items shipped Customer service did not respond until the items had shipped to a wrong address This is the 2nd time this is happening Very disappointing frustrating

I ordered some aftershave on 24th November 2023 and it never arrived I have been having endless battles to try and obtain a refund On 13th December I was promised a refund would hit my account with within 5 days We are now on 10th January 2024 and I am still waiting I have phoned numerous times emailed endlessly and I am getting no where The customer service is appalling

the scent addict subscription is a complete scam I purchased an atomizer at one of the oxford street branches without being informed that I was sinning up to a monthly subscription 1 I didn t sign anything2 No terms or conditions were provided to read nor sign3 its a complete odyssye to cancel this subscription it takes 30 minutes the get hold of someone for them to pretend they don t hear you I never write online reviews but this is definitely necessary
