I ordered an aftershave for my partner

I ordered an aftershave for my partner for Christmas I used asda click and collect service The parcel has gone missing apparently due to the tracking system I emailed customer service to get multiple automated emails I finally got one to say it s been delivered to store following another email to say they can t find the parcel track it So I don t think they even have a clue what s going on I m really annoyed as I m 60 down They are an awful company with an awful customer service team Awful at replies

Unhelpful staff

The staff were rude pushy and made the experience horrid When collecting my order I asked for a gift bag gift wrapping and offered to pay for it to which the response was no I then was told they don t offer this service which I questioned as I am a long time customer who always uses that service I was spoken to in a pushy way and dealt with as if I wasn t a paying customer I was then forced to go purchase gift wrapping elsewhere costing me both my time and money

Horrible Customer Service Support TFS online

I ordered online and returned products to store for a refund since May 2023 TFS online gave me the run around for a few weeks didn t get the refund Suddenly decided to open a claim for the free items that should have been delivered with the items ordered even though I sent them proof The so called claim opened by them was rejected I then told TFS online to return my original items as they could not refund me and the items cost over 160 They kept going back and forth again You can pick items in store and I go to store several times but couldn t get the items back was told by TFS customer service that there was nothing they could do and I should contact the delivery company Ridiculous I am still waiting for my items to be returned to me

I wish I could give them a zero that one star is too generous I placed an order on the 13th Dec did not even receive order confirmation email or any updates on my order no tracking or shipment info I continued to email them so many times and even sent a dm on Instagram no response They would respond back on email saying I would be refund in a few days and that my order had been cancelled in the warehouse It s a joke this week would make it another a whole month of me going back and forth with them to get my money back Thankfully I have reported them to my bank and have been tracking everything as well as keeping proof of everything Just avoid this place not worth the hassle They are dishonest and should be ashamed

I wanted a refund on an order that didn t arrive in time for Christmas because it could not be found in Store they would not refund me The area manager Natalie refused to speak to me on the phone I have rung customer service 5 times each with a promise of a call and heard nothing Still out of pocket and nothing resolved The worst customer service I have ever received

Had a terrible experience with rude unhelpful staff at the Exeter branch Have emailed directly and my email was not responded to and just closed down This company do not care The customer service is awful

Would not even give 1 star my product was lost in post and this matter was not resolved even with their so called customer care help line lost money and didn t receive itemWould highly recomend using perfume shop

I tried to purchase off the website but couldn t I spent nearly 2 hrs trying so wrote to their contact form which 24 hrs later they replied to ring this number and they would take the order over the phone The phone number they gave didn t work and after searching for half an hour I found another number I rang this number and was put into a queue Eventually I get someone who puts me on hold and then disconnected the line I rsng back and went through the whole rigmarole again to be cut off immediately No one has rang back and I am appalled at the whole shoddy thing They do not deserve any business as far as I m concerned I was willing to spend over 500 with them - now I think they are a complete sham with no good customer service or website or phone system Complete amateurs

I returned my 4 perfumes and canceled membership Its been 10 days and still refund is not made Called customer service two times but didn t help Too poor service in return and refund
