Late response

Ordered incorrect item let them know about it 5 minutes later asking them to cancel the order so I can order again this time the correct item Got answer way too late about 2-3 days after and just got told that the item I ordered was already shipped so it can t be replaced or cancelled Maybe if my email got noticed sooner this wouldn t have to happened Got told I can return the item and order new one but sadly this wasn t possible because it was way too late for it to arrive on Christmas time

Click n collect not within timescale offered

Website was easy to navigate but delivery of item within the timescale advertised was atrocious Said I could click n collect within an hour on 23rd Dec and advertised you could do this until 2pm on 24th but had to wait for email confirmation which didn t come until 28th Dec I visited the store on 23rd but they apparently didn t have the item and when I called on the 24th I was told it s coming from warehouse and could be another week and they couldn t give me stock off their shelves

I think the stuff needs more training

I think the stuff needs more training regarding perfumes I was very surprised asking for a sweet perfume and the person that attended me gave me 2 smell all the shop

I was asked if I wanted a loyalty card

I was asked if I wanted a loyalty card when I was service which saved me almost 30 on my purchase When I left the shop and got home I looked at the receipt and had been charged 15 for the card now I still saved 15 on my purchase which was still great but I was jot told there would be a charge for signing up

False Delivery Promise

The product I ordered in good faith did not arrive on 24th Dec 2023 as promised but turned up yesterday the 28th at their Hastings Store Very poor show making false delivery pledges It was intended to be a special Xmas present for my Wife so you can imagine the extreme disappointment all round

Non-existent customer service

No problem with the quality and price of my purchases but customer service is disgusting I tried repeatedly to checkout only to get errors popping up Twice I emailed customer services for help but they never replied After a grumble on social media I found the answer from a customer who d had the same issue I was buying a physical item and a Scentaddict subscription at the same time and the checkout for some reason won t accept it I checked out in two parts and it worked perfectly- shame on Fragrance Shop for not advising customers of this

Bottle arrived contacted customer

Bottle arrived contacted customer service but still not heard back Hopefully won t take long Will edit review if it gets resolve Edit contacted immediately after the reply but after another days wait had a generic reply that was nothing to do with my complaint After spending around 600 over last couple of months and paying a scent addict subscription of 12 a month this is the last time that will be using this store Literally zero customer service and yes get it s a busy time of year but what are they doing wrong to be this busy with complaints Real disappointed

Parcel arrived ok

Parcel arrived ok Was meant to be next day but didn t arrive for until a weeks time And was never given a tracking code wasn t dispatched until I had to phone them up

The click and collect service was excellent very fast to collect order The customer service however wasn t the best One word conversation with the lady not customer friendly at all

Bit rushed seemed like it was too inconvenient for them to help you choose a fragrance I will stick to dept stores where its a much more personal shopping experience
