Scandalous behaviour

Always love making a cheeky little pitstop in grabbing my number one favourite fragrance Would help if the workers behind the till actually knew what products they were to sell and the colour difference of fragrance and not tell me it s exactly the same I asked of sizing comparison of the chosen fragrance received a discount and was overall satisfied

Shop was very busy and chaotic

Shop was very busy Staff seemed to be under pressure to deliver There was no clear queuing and other customers pushing in front of customers who were there before them The young girl who served me was polite apologetic professional even though she was busy Other staff seemed stressed

Good perfume but terrible service

Products are good same as you get everywhere but the manager of Wandsworth store is not friendly and behaves like she is doing you a favour by serving you At Christmas I appreciate it s a busy time but customers should still receive a friendly service without sarcastic comments

Don t trust them

My order has never been dispatched I originally ordered two perfume sets order 58788414 on the 12th December The item is still showing as accepted in my account yet never delivered even though I was promised express delivery I ve sent over 15 emails asking for information and all I get is a copied and pasted generic response I ve asked for a refund now and to date not received it So I m contacting my bank and their CEO to escalate the matter It s disgusting how they treat their customers Finally some progress I emailed the CEO and within 24hrs everything was resolved and my refund was processed Thank you for sorting however it shouldn t have needed to be escalated

Membership not worth getting

The service at the Wigan store is always great it s the main reason for going the staff are always happy to help I m not happy with the membership they offer I just think it a bit of a shame only good for 3 purchases then it s obsolete and useless Not worth getting in my opinion

Wouldn t buy here unless have to

The woman who attended to us was unattentive One might accuse her of being bored and mildly unpleasant no greeting or parting comment smile is customary but I suppose not at this shop Further we were forced as in no alternative was offered available to provide an email address for the receipt which we felt was wrong

Good product poor basic customer service

Went into the store in Hinckley with a set figure I was wishing to spend They provided me with 2 perfumes that were on sale around that price I chose one I liked the smell of The product is good however the customer service wasn t great It wasn t busy in the store however they seemed to be rushing me out of the store they re was no simple small talk and no manners such as a thank you or have a good day A shame as the whole experience could have been better if the staff took time and basic interest in the customer

Logging in is very tedious

Logging in is very tedious keeps taking you back to beginning again When finally logging in checking order history it days I ordered 5 Versace mini perfumes and the total was 27 All 5 totals were not 27 or was even 1 of them As far as I remember each one cost me about 20 so why is the total so wrong
