Well you can tell that the majority of the reviewers are actually far right trolls who think anything left of far right is communist what sad people Politically The Guardian is not left but is actually centre-left as independently assessed rather than here by the rantings of Daily Mail readers It is currently the most trusted printed paper in the UK as polled by PAMCo in 2020 It s writing style is informative well constructed and presents its reporting and its reasons for its conclusions in a well structured way It does present counter viewpoints although could do with more analysis of them and I think this above everything else leads the to the slightly left of centre label as sometimes it seems to be dismissing right viewpoints rather than detailing why they are in error It is not afraid of accepting right viewpoints but because the majority of people who comment on forums like these don t bother reading it and instead troll it their understanding of world issues and world viewpoints is skewed and they call the paper leftist incorrectly It is a sad reflection of our times that the world and the UK have become more FAR right and when those people read something that disagrees with them they jump to call it biased instead of acknowledging it is THEIR bias that is clouding their judgement not the paper s Sad people The paper isn t perfect as mention it does have a SLIGHT left lean but it s far better than any of the utter TRASH tabloids that just make stories up spin stories to support the views of their owners and purposefully use combative and inflammatory headlines to feed the intolerance of their readers Trust The Guardian The Times The I and The Independent they all have trust scores 80 rags like the Sun Mail and Mirror have trust scores below 50 and distrust scores over 50
