After being messed around for 3 hours and subsequently let down by another recovery company Barry from Mansfield was contacted by my insurance company and arrived promptly and was an absolute gentleman Very speedy and friendly service really appreciate all the help from Barry and Mansfield recovery service Highly recommend Matt

The trivet who came today was very nice
The trivet who came today was very nice polite and very helpful in what he was doing and telling me what was wrong with me car He offered to take my car to a garage but here you need to book your garage appointment before hand which I did not do so I asked him to leave my car where it was I was to make me own arrangements which I have done so

Absolutely excellent service
Absolutely excellent service Arrived quickly secured car Both me my passenger transported home along with car The next day engineer came looked at car but unfortunately car needed a visit to the garage An arrangement was made within a few hours car was picked up from home address transported to the garage All done free as I was covered with Greenflag through my Bank Account

Prompt service and no fuss
The pick up driver was so helpful and kind I was quite stressed when he arrived due to being broken down on a 4 lane stretch of the East Lancashire Road with traffic passing at 60mph He explained what he would be doing and had my car loaded and me taken home within 20 minutes of his arrival

Above beyond - so grateful
