Very easy process good value and personal service

Very easy process good value and personal service Itwas very straight forward I spoke to the same persona when I called up who remembered who I was Very friendly and helpful Simple easy process for a fraction of the cost quoted by high street estate agents

Very efficient

No complaints they did what it said on the tin My only criticism is that we asked to opt out of them providing a lease and the checks We just wanted them to find us a tenant However they wanted to charge us an extra 50 for NOT doing these things A bit unreasonable I think Communication was very good

Tenant Find Service

Great service In a time where all services are costing more and you find yourself being charged for everything it was refreshing to see a free yet very professional service offered for Landlords that looked after both parties and went beyond my expectations for service advising on contracts guarantors and speed of service Well recommended

Nice and quick great service and good value for money

I contacted TOLC on a Tuesday morning with all the information and photos by the Wednesday afternoon it was on Rightmove and by Saturday I was showing people around The contract EPC and deposit service that I took were completed pretty quickly and my tenant was in within 2 weeks start to finish Saved me well over 300 compared to the high street Great customer service contacted me at every stage Would give 5 stars but then what would they aim for

Very good service but still some work to do

The service provided by the online letting agent is very good value for money The process went smoothly and we found good tenants within a short period of time I would suggest the following improvement areas more regular feedback on the process and more insight i e click through rates and the feedback from the tenants was that the reference checking process involved a few different people who requested different things

Great service

I really really like working with The Online Letting Agents They re affordable real and try to support as much as possible I like that they make the inventory transparent contracts seamless and are relatively proactive Rent arrives on time and more often than not I have no interaction with tenants - which leaves me to focus on my dayjob My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there is sometimes a lag in responses via email - but they do make an effort to pick up slack if someone is out of office for illness etc

Effective professional and great value for money

This is the third time I have used The Online Letting Agents and each time has resulted in a successful letting The service is efficient effective and very good value for money The staff are universally helpful polite and professional when answering queries and do a very good job of keeping the Landlord in appraised of progress

Such a positive customer journey I cannot rate the interaction highly enough No chasing required ever how good is that This organisation is on the ball No hesitation to use them again
