I have never used an online letting agent before but I would certainly go with The Online Letting Agents Ltd again I had previously either let our properties myself or used a letting agent in the town Online Letting were better They were helpful did everything on time Thank you for a superb service

I cannot fault this brilliant service and the team behind it From the ease of creating an ad for my flat to the clear communication for each viewing I received I felt in very safe hands Once I had agreed to a tenant moving in the team quickly created our contract and took over the handling of the deposit A superb all encompassing service

This is the 5th year that TOLA have been managing my rental property and am very happy with their performance Magda and the team are always super responsive and helpful and make every effort to get everything right for both the tenants and myself I will continue to use TOLA over the coming years and would happily recommend to others

Once again TOLA delivered I ve been a landlord for 20 years and the response I got this time around was incredible In 48 hours I had 28 enquirys 15 on the first day resulting in 4 offers of either the asking or above asking price Likewise the support and service from TOLA throughout has been exceptional
