Ecellent service at an excellent price

I was very impressed with how this worked - the service dealt with all the legal admin for me at a mere fraction of the high-street cost They were taking calls all weekend for me and the staff were all very responsive and immediately helpful such as when I wanted to change a photo and when I wanted to adjust the tenant criteria It would have been 5 if they were able to manage my viewings schedule for me too as I had to personally contact all of the prospective tenants to arrange a viewing slot there are many free online tools that would make bookings effortless - I would put in the days and hours I am free they would fill up the slots Other than that they were great Definitely recommend

Really straightforward and quick to deal with Managed to organise new contracts and the deposit very quickly All at a very good price too Would highly recommend over high street letting agents who cost way more

Much cheaper and much more supportive than the bricks and mortar letting agents that I have used The expertise and advice was also generally superior Doing ones own viewings also gives one much more information in order to choose a good tenant
