Quite simply the best support and service of any company that I ve used in the past 8 years We used the tenant finding and administration services - lightning responsiveness sound advice and great value Most impressive of all is the continued support 8 years later when the tenancy came to an end yes I ve been slow to write this Can t recommend highly enough

We dealt with Magda while organising a new tenancy We were kept fully informed at every stage and we were very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the whole process from carrying out credit checks and referencing to the tenancy agreement The whole team are so helpful and knowledgeable it is an absolute pleasure to deal with them

The Online Letting Company are fantastic actual humans to speak to on an actual phone a rare experience these days After a VERY painful experience with Open Rent I could not move my business over the them quickly enough

I have used TOLA many times over the last 6 years and find their services fast highly efficiently and very informative The whole process from advertising the property via the relevant property portals sending of prospective tenants for viewing undertaking the credit checks and collecting deposit has been excellent I will keep using them for years to come
