coolie lamp shade

I ordered a coolie lamp shade from the company it arrived quickly which was great it looked good but when I put the lamp on there were some flaws in the shade I got in touch with the company and they were very helpful they sent me a replacement quickly and without fuss the staff were very helpful and pleasant I will us the company again Even though there was an issue with the shade I still think they deserve 5

Had a very good experience I was a bit wary buying on line but everything was great I was kept informed of progress item arrived very well packaged and looks great in my living room Would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them

The Online Lighting Store has a huge range of lights at very good-value prices I tracked down a particular light I wanted there I was informed about how long it would take to reach me it was sent from abroad and when I rang to check on progress I received prompt and helpful customer service I also received a speedy response to an email I sent about bulbs It s great to be able to ring and speak to someone who can help Overall a really great overall experience and I am very pleased with my new bathroom lights I highly recommend The Online Lighting Store and would use them again myself

Problem What problem

There was a delay in delivery but I was not sure of the reason and there was no notes on my account After a phone call I was informed that they were awaiting stock Not a problem Really pleased with the light and worth the wait The light has a memory switch which we were unsure how to operate so an email was sent in the evening asking for operating instructions Within minutes Neil had replied taking time to download instructions Happy husband What great service from Online Lighting Store
