New battery

Put my Ebel watch into the Watch Lab at Silverburn Glasgow I had checked out the company before going there as wanted to know I could trust them with my watch I dealt with Greer Hart who was very professional and explained the process The watch was sent to the workshop and took around 2 weeks to get it back I kept in touch with Greer and he contacted me as soon as it was ready Would be confident in recommending them as the jeweller s I bought the watch from was quoting 6 weeks for a new battery

Prompt service but pricey

Submitted Guess watch for new battery installation Nate was charming helpful and thorough in his appraisal of my timepiece However I was surprised at the cost of replacement battery and not sure that I would use the Watch lab again because of this Perhaps I m just out of sync and living in a time warp

Staff very helpfull and efficient

Staff very helpfull and efficient Watch Philip Stein had to be sent to main lab to remove tight screws one screw sheered Watch returned with three scews out of four so no longer water resistant I m a little dissapointed that they were unable to drill out sheered screw re- tap and replace with generic screw

Great service after a bit of confusion

I took my Tag in after it wouldn t reset its hands Initially I was told it was a battery change which cost a little over 100 I paid and left the watch but was then called to say that it had a much bigger fault making the cost of repairs nearly 500 The cost was a less than positive surprise but the team were honest and open about it and offered really good information and follow up I wish the business every success and will go back again Gavin

Guys in the Leeds store did a great job

Guys in the Leeds store did a great job of advising me as to the work needed on my Seamaster and the value and ongoing sense of keeping it fully serviced and refurbed after not having bothered before picked my watch back up last week and it s as good as the day i bought it 8 years ago Very pleased Duane Percival

No problem battery replacement

Watch Lab High Cross Leicester - first time I have used the Watch Lab and although perhaps more expensive than some places the service was good I needed a new battery for my DKNY watch and the staff member explained about the seal on these watches and what they needed to do No hesitation in using them again or recommending them to friends Friendly staff who acknowledge you as a person which can be quite rare these days

Helpful guy at Nottingham store

Helpful guy at Nottingham store He tested my Olivia Burton watch and said the battery still had some power so maybe it needed servicing I decided to get a new battery anyway but he explained I could get the cost of the battery off the servicing if I decided that the battery had not helped It has worked fine with the new battery so no need for a service I think 20 for a battery is quite expensive but they were open on a Sunday when the market is shut

Good qulity service

The fact that this is in a high street location leads one to think that one might get a quick turn around but a full service takes as long as with the manufacturer The service was comparable in cost - perhaps slightly cheaper The costs and timings were openly discussed up front and the quality of the watch on return was excellent with all work done as specified Again much as sending back to manufacturer I would happily use service again and am happy to recommend

Speedy efficient service on a Sunday

Chris Pope advised that my repair would be ready in approx 45 mins as he had jobs already to do I needed the pins holding the strap replaced As I was shopping in the Mall Cribbs Causeway Bristol this was fine Prevoius repairs at other outlets wanted my watch for days I returned within 45 mins and my watch was ready and waiting excellent service thank you
