Went into the York store today

Went into the York store today My little lad had been given a Spiderman watch for Christmas which we couldn t get to work Grant was so welcoming and chatted with Harry He fixed the watch in no time and didn t even charge us Harry was over the moon Couldn t have asked for a better service Thank you so much Would definitely recommend and use again

Michael was superb from the minute we

Michael was superb from the minute we arrived Very pleasant and talked us through the process of how my watch would be fixed Thought my watch was broken beyond repair hoping to pick it up in 2 days all fixed and working like new Couldn t ask for any more Will definitely use him again for any servicing or repairs

Watch Battery and Link Removal

Me and my friend came into the store today for a battery removal and he also got a link removed We was warmly greeted by Grant who gave us lots of information regarding our watches and was super helpful when deciding how many links to get removed and what would work best We were both super surprised and happy with the value of this service The whole time he was super helpful and friendly After just an hour both of our watches were ready and he d gave each of the watches a clean and wipe which really made them look brand new especially on my friends silver strap We was recommended this place from a friend and we can both confidently say we will also be passing on the message as this is the goto place for all your watch needs Thanks again Grant

Decided to choose The Watch lab after a telephone call

Decided to choose The Watch lab in Leeds Trinity after my husband rang the shop on the day and spoke to very helpful gentleman Grant myself and husband visited after I had recently received an Omega Constellation that need a few links taking out Grant greeted us immediately and his professional manner and obvious wealth of experience was so helpful I would recommend highly to everyone Fast and expertly handled

Thanks to Grant for sorting my watch

I initially had an issue with an unhelpful member of staff in the York branch They would not replace the battery of my watch as the back of it states it needed to go to the approved service centre As Citizen UK could no longer able to service the watch stating parts are obsolete it had already been to Watch Lab in previous years so this was not the response I expected Another vendor in York mentioned trying again during the week so I rang up and agreed to bring it in once again All I can say is that the difference in service was night and day I am really grateful to Grant for doing the work and getting my Aqualand C-500 back up and running Hopefully I will be able to log a few more dives on it before it needs another battery in a few years I would defintley recommend Watchlab but particularly Grant for restoring my faith Thanks

Went in to the York branch for a simple battery repair and came out with a fixed watch and a smile on my face Grant was more than helpful and talked me through the process and helped me understand what he was doing Would definitely recommend for simple repairs to complete strip downs and rebuilds Best watch shop so far
