Excellent Service at the Chester branch

I called in the Chester branch with my 10yr old Seiko kinetic wristwatch that had stopped working A young lady named Katrina quickly diagnosed that it needed a new capacitor and that she could order one for me and that it would arrive within 48hrs I told her to go ahead and I left my watch with her I received a message a couple of days later to say that my watch had been repaired and that it was ready to be collected An excellent service from start to finish and reasonably priced too

Grant went above and beyond for my

Grant went above and beyond for my husbands watch we thought it just needed a new battery but once he opened it up it needed a clean and tlc which he did for no extra charge Thanks Grant from an appreciative couple from stockport

George gave me complete satisfaction

First time I have ever used the Watch Lab in York UK but would definitely recommend I went in with what I thought was a serious issue and a young man called George sorted me out and I was completely satisfied with his service in every way His colleague Grant was a very jovial and friendly chappie too

I visited the Glasgow shop on 18th Dec

I visited the Glasgow shop on 18th Dec 23 Callum replaced strap on one watch and fixed broken pin on bracelet on other watch and adjusted clasp closure in 20 minutes or so absolutely brilliant service Thanks John L

Fixed my sentimental watch

Having been very upset taking a sentimental watch to another store and being told that the watch battery could not be changed using Watch Lab at Solihull was a last resort with low expectations of it being fixed Yusra was amazing and managed to fix it and clean it On returning to collect my watch I was extremely overwhelmed having been let down by other watch shops Thank you so much and I know exactly where I will be going to next time

Absolutely top service from Cribbs Causeway manager Lewis assisted by Tom Battery replacement on my Breitling Aerospace Lewis is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Breitling and I suspect any other make of watch you care to mention Overall superb establishment Thanks

Brilliant Service

I was recommended to the Watch Lab in Touchwood Solihull for a replacement TAG battery I was recommended to see YUSRA I arrived 10 minutes before closing time and YUSRA couldn t have been more helpful Whilst it was clear that she was getting ready to close up for the day she was very happy to change the battery for me as she could see how desperate I was to have the battery replaced and she took her time in doing so I was absolutely delighted to have my watch working again without the 8 to 10 week wait at TAG YUSRA said if I called in again when she was next working she would be happy to clean my watch for me Needless to say I will be returning to see YUSRA when she is next working to have my watched cleaned together with a replacement battery for my other watch and a car battery Great Service and with great empathy Thank you YUSRA

Yusra at The Watch Lab atTouchwood Solihull helped me to repaired a watch that I am going to pass on to my daughter as a gift as she is going to become mother possibly this week Yusra gave excellent skilful service with patient and very warm smile I was very impressed and appreciated her service She is a true professional who enjoys her work and a gem to the community

Great customer service Harry

Visited watch lab thurrock lakeside today after problems with 2 watches not working even though new batteries fitted by another company served by Harry who checked them both and spotted the problems got both working immediately He was very polite friendly and very efficient and i was so delighted after thinking something was wrong with them will definitely go back to watch lab and Harry is a credit to the company
