Never buy from them

Be aware they are mafia they did cancel my policy arguing I provided a wrong inf after cancelling they refused to refund the deposit they went even further and asked me to pay the full year premium I have seen similar issues they are very rude and merciless all they care is about money and money alone never use or recommend to anyone

Don t purchase insurance from think if you re a first time driver here s the reasons why1 Blackbox picks up on every single little thing and is too strict I drive calmly no speeding at all and my score is now at alright issue is that it s too difficult to actually bring your score backup especially when it bases it off all time driving rather then currently how you ve been driving 2 No application to track miles instead you have to use a website which is just outdated most companies have an app so think insurance is just behind3 Ridiculous top up mile prices my friend who went with ticker instead of think insurance it cost him 150 to top up 2000 miles for me it cost 640 to top it up 2000 milesOverall it s too strict outdated and pricey don t let the insurance quote fool you

Absolutely the most rubbish insurance company I have ever have to deal with in my past 30 years of driving history Avoid this company Rude inefficient liars Totally con Never again will use this company Any time I wanted to speak their line manager but no success They seems to be constantly in a meeting I guess their meeting is about how they can con the customers

My son is a first time driver we decided to get it insured with think insurance they harassed him from start to finish about him Going to run out of mileage he only had car 2 to 3 weeks get kept getting email after email saying they were going to cancel and he needed to buy extra mileage which was going to cost him another thousand pound for the year he paid 950 upfront And then monthly instalments of 300 they just wanted more money off him I think they took advantage because of his age Would not recommend for first-time drivers

AVOID Absolutely dissapointed and shocked by the treatment from the team and the insurance 8 weeks left in my policy and all has been paid of and now the insurance have requested a few documents otherwise my policy will be revoked I have provided this yet they have come up with more exuses No one wants to help and they seem like they are not bothered Absolutely shockingJamil Ahmed

If i could give a zero eating then i would I took out a policy Which they since cancelled where they had input importer details which are not correct and they over charge there policies Stay well clear as there are other company that offer better insurance packages

Wanted to leave 0 stars needed to cancel 30 minutes after taking a policy and charging me over a 100They do not offer 14 day legal cooling off period that most other decent insurance providers offer Would never use in future 4 x times more expensive than insurance purchased elsewhere so sadly worth the hit on the charge to use with a better value insurance provider

They pride themselves on supposedly giving new and young drivers affordable insurance but refuse to even give a quote if you re unemployed Lol
